I’m having an issue where the turntable will spin slow down then spin again. When I took off the trun table and examined the little motor that connects to the belt I saw that it was stopping and starting. Is there any way to fix that or does that piece have to be replaced.
I can’t stop mine from skating, no matter how I adjust the counterweight - I’ve gotten close but haven’t nailed it down. I’ve got the anti-skating line in the correct groove, according to the instructions. Should it really be this difficult?

@@1byoneofficial I actually bought it off Facebook marketplace. It was brand new and I followed the manual and no luck. All of my other devices connect via Bluetooth just fine

So I ended up buying this turntable and mine wobbles. I spoke to a customer representative and he couldn't give me a answer on if the wobbleness is normal or not and he took too long to reply and it took 2 days of talking to him cause he kept going back to the "engineer" and couldn't tell me that the amount of wobbleness was normal so I asked for a replacement on Amazon, rewatching the video and your turntables platter does not wobble so I hope the replacement I get doesn't either . Customer service was horrible. Really hope you guys fix it cause I love your turntable .

Does anybody have any info on how to replace the cartridge on the tone arm? I want to replace my cartridge with an Ortofon 2M Red but I can’t find ANY info on how to do that with this set up.
What are the dimensions or size of the belt? My records drag every now and then so my conclusion is the belt has been stretched. Any suggestions? Thanks

Thinking about purchasing this for a review. I hope that it is as nice as it appears! I emailed 1byone about this Turntable a week ago but received zero response. That's definitely not of to a good start.
I want to like this turntable as it is serious eye candy and looks sturdy and appears to have good sound. The company sells this through amazon only but doesn't offer any extended warranty support. Not a good selling point for me in case one is defective.

That’s exactly why I prefer dial adjustment for anti-skate. The counterweight adjustment is way too cumbersome.
Talked me into not buying. Can't find any specs anywhere either.
Place a quarter or nickel right above the head of the needle would be quick fix. It will apply the perfect weight so that you wont hear any skips
