Toner vs toner pads. Why do we have both?

I never thought of using them like a mask. I like to use toner pads sometimes when I'm in a rush. I should try them when I'm not and let them soak into my skin. Seem like great products. Great idea with the traveling tip. Awesome video, thanks for sharing!
