I tend to offend my partners with my emotional waves and trigger abusive language and actions in them. I feel sometimes like it's my lot in life to really learn how to love myself in these relationships. My friends think Im nuts to continue these interactions but I am determined to learn the hard lessons these kinds of people are here to teach us all. I’m a 3/5 Mental Projector and training hard as a competitive ballroom dancer. This understanding of myself and my dance teacher/partner (a 1/3 Generator) is really helping, even though I don’t know much yet! Lucky me, I’m married to a 3/5 Projector, so as you can imagine we have had some very interesting conversations. That slow down advice is SO apposite. I understand now all the times I crashed and burned in trying to share something that I hadn’t fully lived/experienced.

I literally just made a list of things I want to learn, some of which I don't have a basic understanding of yet. Part of the reason for wanting to learn IS because it's difficult. I also want to learn about emotional intelligence!

You say slow down and I literally try to work through my troubles with speed. A need for speed, impatience....I go for rides to get the RUSH...It's like I experience every minute individually....😭 I feel like Im so messed up & tend to feel like I cant recover.
Sending you a warm, slowing down hug. To slow down, just be, meditate had worked soo great for me. Got very sick back in 2016, stress. Today i am lazy and relaxed, and still I love the rusch on my horse when he ran... like.. running very fast..
I use this visual when I can literally feel my thoughts racing: a dial like how you turn the radio volume down in the car, just turning my thoughts down and it’s never ending so I can continuously tell myself just dial it down slow it down and it helps me to get back into reality

The problem for me comes from not being able to figure out the gold in my "Failures" so I can know what I can do to help others. I've slowed down so much for so long that I feel completely idle.
Great question. IDK, but after viewing a few other videos and my personal experience, I continue learning, even for each personal interaction. I'm a 58-year old functional medical nutritionist (registered dietitian nutritionist), and there is always so much more to learn, to dive deeper, and I am also interested in other topics.
There are 3 truths, yours, theirs, and the actual truth. Life isn’t so black and white. You may have some truth within, but you aren’t all knowing, others may have truths that you do not. Stay humble, very important if you want to receive invitations. Nobody likes a know it all
But the career choices for projectors sound like an INFJ career.It might be due to similar functions such as Ti and Fe. We all share certain functions just in different orders.

Try vagus nerve breathing. There are many videos on this. In summary, is a slowed and lengthened exhale, a longer exhale than inhale.
