@@irlgman3566 lose a few quid did we? Cant blame the horse he was fit and ready to win, jockey just went far too early on him. Any horse that wins a group 1 race by 20 lengths is a pretty good horse in my opinion

@@irlgman3566 you sound a bit salty with Aidan, normally an indicator one has done their money. He had the horse fit and ready but guess what not all fit and ready horses raring to go win. Most horses coming back from injury don't recapture the same level of form but he wasn't far off it. Trawlerman wasn't beaten far in the previous year's edition and although winning lesser races this season he has won them by large distances and he has clearly improved so it wasn't the biggest shock ever especially on that ground.
@@irlgman3566that's a harsh comment in fairness kyprios was almost a year out and when he came 2nd in the Irish leger o brien was honest enough before the race saying he was barely ready to run. That was only a few weeks ago he was clearly under par still at ascot if he was 100% he'd have put that race to bed no problem. That's my opinion on that race. Plus it was a virtual bog at ascot I'm surprised a lot more horses didn't pull out .

Kyprios was unlucky was on and off the bridle all race didn't travel as well as last year. Another month of preparation and he win easily.
He should have won sports personality of the year as he retired this year after an incredible career.
