Thank you for bringing the "fantastical time reality" "back". The music song and videos of this, "Remember Me", and "Bring Me to Life" songs, beautiful FanArt videos, hand to hand, just as hand in hand.
I remember a comment from one of the production crew, about how Thranduil was probably 3,000 years old, and you'd think in that time he'd have learned a thing or two about hand to hand combat! And Peter Jackson's thoughts that the father would have learned how to be more efficient with his sword work. No need for spectatualar, physics defying acrobatics. Just in close and FAST! Yeah, I lost count of all the orcs Thranduil took out with just his sword, and some help from his elk.
