An abortion is basically the removal of unwanted cells from a women's body. A fetus is not yet a human being, It is dependant on the women who is carrying it. You are not "killing" anything while aborting, simply removing. Destroying a clump of cells that had no conscious brain is not murder, it never knew it existed, it is really no different than if the fetus were never conceived in the first place. It had the potential to turn into a conscious human in the future but that same "potential" existed before the egg was even fertilized.

The fact is that if an abortion occurs in the third trimester it was not foreseen or desired for. Most third term abortions are done solely for the mother's or the fetus's health. These people are faced with making hard decisions contemplating the quality of life for their family and feminists give women the right of choice so they can control what happens to their body. The only way in which this would be immoral or illegal is if the carrier of the child does not make the decision to remove the fetus.

Bro COOKED her. Especially in debate #1. I was in 6th grade when this election was going on, and I don’t remember a lot from that time, but I do remember having very little knowledge in politics. After all, I was 12. The one thing I do remember though, is basically thinking Trump had no chance of winning. Just a landslide loss. When he won, I was absolutely shocked! But looking back on it now, it isn’t surprising. Clinton would have been a TERRIBLE president, no disrespect to her personally. And looking at my life from Trumps presidency, it was relatively good. I started driving and gas was cheap. Groceries were cheap. Now, it’s a mess. Everything is more expensive, and all of the issues have seemed to have gotten worse. I’m not a MAGA Trumper. Far from it. But knowing what it looks like now, it was a terrible mistake electing Biden.
The ridiculous inflation we’re seeing is a direct result of the massive federal spending in the War in Ukraine and Covid. This is what the establishment wants. It’s long past time to take back the money printers from the hostile shadow government that controls them. Before we’re all serfs.

This is a common misconception about the "living document" judicial philosophy. It is _NOT_ that the meaning of the words "changes" or that the constitution should be flexible and change according to the wills and whims of the reader...
The "living document" philosophy is that the constitution should be applied by current standards, the words mean what they have always meant. The perfect example is the 8th Amendment (no "cruel and unusual punishment"). Someone who follows the "living" constitution philosophy will read that and consider "What does society deem cruel and unusual _now_ ?" It isn't changing the words "cruel" or "unusual" to mean something else. Cruel and unusual means cruel and unusual. It is merely asking what might be considered cruel and unusual _right now_
The opposite philosophy is "originalism." Originalists look at the 8th Amendment and consider "What was cruel and unusual _when the text was written_ ?"
There is an excellent talk by the late Justice Scalia and Justice Breyer explaining both philosophies and I encourage people to look it up and watch it, it's really interesting. The implications of these two different philosophies are things like the death penalty. A "living constitutionalist" might say "the death penalty is cruel and unusual _today_ and therefore the 8th Amendment forbids it" (this is debatable, as some will say it's not cruel and unusual now or then, but for the sake of argument just assume they are correct and it is "cruel and unusual" according to current society). An originalist will look at it and say "They had the death penalty _when the 8th Amendment was written_ , so therefore it obviously was not considered 'cruel and unusual' and therefore the constitution allows it."
This is how two judges who are both very learned and both very dedicated to the Constitution can come to two different conclusions regarding the constitution's text. It is not because they are just sitting up there choosing what they politically like -- everyone accuses them of this, but it is provably false because if you look at their decisions, these judges are remarkably consistent in following their judicial philosophies, even when it leads them to side with the "other side." For example, Scalia, always cited as a "conservative judge" frequently sided with the liberal judges when it came to police searches and stuff, and he authored many opinions that gave less power to the police. Because as an originalist, he looked at the founders and what they intended when they wrote the 4th Amendment, their paranoia over the government searching through your things, etc., and he applied this philosophy in every case, even if it ended up with a "liberal" conclusion. So they're not just sitting up there choosing what they want based on politics (Now, it is obviously true that the Republicans and Democrats _choose_ judges who they think will issue decisions that are in line with their politics... but that's not really the judges' fault they are just applying their judicial philosophies as they always have)
