My true testimony of quitting - So i had picked up smoking surprisingly early in my life in class 9th, then from one cigarette once in a while it went to regular daily cigarettes till class 12th, it was in Bcom 1st i joined a gym and quit smoking for 1st time and did not touch it for almost 2 years. Then i thought that i had quit so what's the big deal i then used to have one or two once in a while not regularly it was till 2019 then i got sucked into weed and with weed there was no stopping, i didn't smoke cigarette but joints on regular basis, uptill 2022 on a regular basis. In 2023 i had made up my mind to quit anything related with smoke, but did not decide any date but i slowly and silently sarted cutting down on both things and always reminded my self that i am quitting soon and the day came i was fed up with weed and it's so called high and cigarette (which i never liked and neither developed a taste for it) and in the last week of march i finally quit and if march is to be taken as 0 days i can proudly say that it has been 16 days since i have quit and there is no craving or withdrawal what so ever. What i would like to suggest from my experience would be - 1. Don't be too hard on yourself for quitting neither be too guilty if you've had a few (when u have finally decided to go for it) 2. Day 1 is the harderst 3. Day 2 & 3 will be even hard 4. Since Day 4 it all becomes "aiwai" types you don't care for it much if your conviction is real strong 5. Remember the word 'quit' is associated with losers but here you have to think and make yourself understand that by quitting you are actually winning, like now when i see someone else smoking instead of getting the craving i feel proud of not chosing to smoke willingly 6. Stop co-relating smoking as a stress buster activity, the problems due to which you smoke actually don't go away by smoking, it's just that may be you're not strong enough to take on your problems head on, so instead of smoking try to actually work on the problem that you're blaming for smoking 7. Run a sprint of 100m, this will give u a glimpse of your lung capapcity and you might wanna quit once u find hard to breathe 8. Have the guts in you to say no and take control of your life. No one's gonna come and do it for you. So all the best. It's not that big a deal. You can and you will.

I will quit on 30th Nov 2024 starting from 11th, I smoke more than 20+ everyday and have been smoking for more than 25 years. Will update my experience of quitting day by day ✌🏻
Actually we don't need any plan, we just need a strong mind and a strong commitment to quit smoking. I started my first smoke at the age of 15 and still 25 I do. Oneday I don't know what happened I just heard a voice from my inner mind quit it. I remember I had my last cigarette at 24th feb 2021 12:49 P.M. It's more than 2 years without smoking. So we just need a strong commitment.
I am really very much inspired with your video and I quit my smoking habit after 18 years now I enjoyed my life very much I quit it without any medicans thanks doc
Thanks for appreciation. You truly deserve appreciation for appreciating others🙏🏻 When you look betterment of society in others eye, that actually lies in yours eye too. God bless you
Thank you, ma'am. I never thought i was addicted to smoking, but when I decided to quit, I understood how difficult it can become, especially when the stress in life keeps on increasing. But the techniques are really helpful, and I hope i will be able to quit smoking by the end of this month.

Hi maam. Thank you for your motivational and informatove video. Today, after long 16 years of smoking habit, i have finally crossed my first 24 hours of SMOKE QUIT DAY. I took some help of nicotex gum and also, my brother-in-law helped me to make up my mind to quit smoking as I was willing to do it from many days and months. After going through a couple of videos of yours, I was very confident after knowing the plus n minus of how to quit and firmly stand as a non smoker. Being my 1st day as smoke free, i feel more confident to become a permanent non smoker, and am determined to become one. Many many regards to you for sharing your valuable knowledge. I hope to post another successful comment by day 3, and then by end of week 1 and finally by end of week 2. God bless all and i wish all may be sucessful in their journey to lead a healthy life ahead. God bless... Regards Rishabh Sood

Your video was very very helpful for me. Thank you. I've stopped smoking since yesterday evening. I'm using cipla nicotine patch 14mg. Will be using for 7days then we will see. Thankfully till now there are no withdrawal symptoms. May be tommorow morning. Will keep you updated. Thank you once again. Have been smoking for 35 year's.
After this trip I'm going to quit smoking... That's how I did it... Determination is the only thing that helps you quit... I told my friends I'm not doing it any more... They thought that it would be only for a week or so... But Frustration and depressed are the only feelings i got for next 2 months with zero concentration... I hated smoker me... After 8 months Now i don't even feel like single puff even if my friends are smoking beside me... If you want to quit, you quit there is no simple steps as reducing cigerette, t is just a myth...
Currently I'm quitting smoking so watched many videos of urs, they are helpful but primarily I am able to do so because of Ramazan. For last three days I'm smoking a single cigarette a day.

Really speaking 2 month back I try one time but test is very very bad. This is because of you. It's very deficult but I achieve. Special thanks to you...
Thanks madam for the video. Even after seeing yr video I am not able to quit smoking now then I will not be able to quit in my lifetime. Starting the tapering method right away as my habit is almost 40 yrs now.
to quit smoking, you also have to change our mindset from I am quitting smoking to I am not smoker anymore. and it's not cigarette which craves but the relief it provides is addictive, which urges us for one more.
Respectively telling, I’m not agree with all of these strategy. The only one thing is need to quiet smoking is determination that I won’t smoke. Just this one mindset is enough for quitting smoking. I was a chain smoker of 13 years and i used to smoke minimum 25 puff daily. But i just quiet it by decision of one moment. I just told myself that I won’t smoke and that moment i just through out the packet of cigerate that was in my pocket. That’s it. And it’s being 11.5 month without smoking.
Mam i fighting with two main aspects of my life first obviously quitting smoking and another maintening my neet prep with severe nicotine withdrawal.... i am very tensed 😢 I am suffering no craving problem but many health negativity it's been 14 day I haven't touch cigarette.....pain in left ear with sensation in throat, sleep 😢 lack of concentration
I’m on my smoking quiting process and it’s 1:10 am midnight and I can’t able to sleep due to curving. I’m feeling restlessness and feel like lungs are itching. By watching your videos I’m feeling much better . Feels like ”ok! I’m on process just a week more” so big Thank you 🙏 ❤

One trick to reduce if your smoking more than 20. Just reduce the inhale of puffs. Example in a Cigarette if your inhaling 12 to maximum puffs, reduce the puffs of the cigarette to 8 puffs or less. By this way in 1 or 2 months you will see a drastic change in your body. Continue smoking by reducing the puffs of cigarette, if you smoke 20+ it will come 10 to 12 cigarettes a day. Yes money is wasted but more than money health is saved. There is an old saying in Telugu, If you can breath then you can sell salt and live the life. This trick helped me a lot. Edit: Just throw away the cigarette if still 2 or 3 puffs are left. Juat try this trick yes it takes time but surely you will quit it as time passes. Gradually reduce the puffs of the cigarette when you light one. See the changes and thank me later.

I think 💬 70% people are smoking addicted people. Maybe the reasons because of their stress and daily life problems, but they may be think smoking is one of the best way to reduce stress and headache and also according to them it's happening. They may be want to quit smoking sometimes, but it's never happened, after few days of quitting they felt very disgusting and more stressed , as a result they all start to smoke again and it's going on. And Finally when they feel it's too late to quit it's there ending time of their life. Ma'am, after watching your video, it's too easier to quit the smoke , however, there's need a mentor to do anything in the life, very valuable information about how to quit smoke, a warm thanks for the video, the smokers should watch this if they really wants to quit from smoking zone, really helpful topic , Thanks a lot ❤❤
It's been a month since I saw your video and stopped smoking and started going to gym.Gym helped me to get rid of it . I'm getting issues with stamina and strength while lifting weights. It might take time but I'm not going back to that smoking life ever again. But making myself mentally strong is more challenging than being physically strong. Many friends have forced me to smoke again in between this time frame but seriously it takes real guts to say no to what I was doing since 12 years.Thank you so much for your help ma'am, I'll comment again after a year on the same post.😊

Dr. I think brutal cessation is the best to quit smoking. Earlier, i was a chain smoker fo 15 years, but, at one morning, i decided to quit and mever touched. No listing, no cardamom or chewing gum etc. And it was the quite easy.
I am trying to quit smoking but felt many times. But in this Ramadan I quit strongly and got result. I faced carvings lot 6 to 10 days .and after that I feel slowly recovering and now I feel very good. Not smoking since from last 30 days

Very happy to know about your success journey.
Stay healthy 👍

I've quit smoking with vaping. Slowly cut down vaping and now I don't have any cravings. I cannot stand smell of cigarette now
Congratulations 🎉
to quit smoking, you also have to change our mindset from I am quitting smoking to I am not smoker anymore.
and it's not cigarette which craves but the relief it provides is addictive, which urges us for one more.
It might be easy for some and hard for others.
God bless ✨ Congratulations that you were able to quit.

See the changes and thank me later.
yesterday I saw your video and quit smoking immediately its looks easy and cool thank you
Wish you great success ahead✌️

Exactly same

@@DrRichaTiwari It is a struggle to send positive messages to people nowadays because there is too much noise in all social media.
