- Is van life on Anglesey truly as hard as people say/ Is it full of no overnight parking signs, height barriers and a lack of amenities? Well we're about to find out.
We know van life in the UK has a very bad rep, and van life in Wales has it even worse, however after spending the last 2 months road tripping Wales from the Brecon Beacons, Gower Peninsula, Wales Coastal Way and more, we can truly say that it doesn't deserve the rep it has.
Which is why we've decided to go and see for ourselves just how bad or good van life on Anglesey really is.

We're Jamie & Angharad, a young van life couple from the UK. We spent the first 5 months of 2023 self converting our own home on wheels, to do van life full time. We're currently travelling the UK and it's really proven to us that van life uk really isn't as bad as people make out.

Im ashamed to say I've never explored Anglesey propplerly despite spending so much time in Snowdonia climbing mountains. It's the last place in Wales for me to explore now so cannot wait to do it. Thanks for the excellent video

Hey mate, yeah we got it banged on a computer and it's just the clutch sensor 😊
Did you find out why it was still using all the oil though?
It wasn't, I think we just got that into our heads, we ended up filling it to the top and it hadn't had any oil in over 10 months
