Because I think it has the potential to one shot anyone in the roster
The total damage of gigantic explosion (on broly) is 23k (total 23,231) it could one shot characters just below a quarter of green health but with characters with a quarter of green or above, it will most likely bring them down to their last health bar which is still pretty crazy
