I have a question .
U have mentioned that TAPVR obstruction may be associated with single ventricle anomalies and it causes pulmonary venous hypertension .
What is the managment plan for case like this ?
Does cardiac catheterization helps in reducing TAPVR obstruction? Or there is another plans ?
