it is really amazing to see what glee has done for Darren, you can see the progress and development of his vocals. Not that he wasn't already awesome, he was totally awesome. It's just nice to see him back home, where he belongs.

Me too! My first experience with Harry Potter (books or movies) was AVPM. After watching that, I watched the movies, and then I watched AVPM again! There are a lot of inside jokes that you don't get if you haven't watched or read Harry Potter, but it's still funny!

Plus, it's nice to be able to support them after getting so much for free. I do sympathise with those that can't, though! Hopefully you can buy it one day.
I feel that people in the Starkid fandom are closer to Darren than the people who are strictly in the Glee fandom and don't know what Starkid is..... I mean, we were there with him back in '09 with AVPM, and the other plays, and Little White Lie, and all of that, and the U of M will always be Darren's place and his beginning, and Starkid will always be his family, and we, as a fandom, have always been there for him. You can reply with disagreements, but that's how I see it, so I don't really care if you disagree with me or not.

Just anything to be able to watch the entire thing on my tv without any breaks or needing an internet connection to watch. I'd throw down some big bucks for that.
Starkid was a huge part of my life when I started high school, I saw them at Apocalyptour and saw Joe Moses when he came to LA and even saw Darren in the Listen Up Tour. I have lost track of them over the last few years with finishing high school and college but I happened to see this and wow. I am not crying you are crying. I missed them. A lot.

I got the "A Very Starkid Reunion" DVD for Christmas and literally paused all festivities so I could watch the whole thing and sing along! It was absolutely amazing to see how much you've all grown and for someone who has been watching since the beginning, it was so meaningful to watch performances of shows that have changed my life. That's exactly how I feel whenever I rematch any starkid musical. It just reminds me of how fast time is going. 9 years since AVPM, 9 whole years! And I know in many years to come I'm going to see this comment and think how fast those years have gone by, it's sad.
I was lucky enough to see AVSR at Umich but I had a physics exam during it! (Since their concert was a Thursday night.) So I finished what was supposed to be a 2 hour exam in an hour & 10 mins and then hopped on my bike and HAULED to the power center from Angell. Made it in time. Show was awesome. Physics not so much.
Brilliant scene, I'll have to go purchase the whole thing now. Also can we just appreciate how much all the star kids have grown in there performance skills, this scene really demonstrates it. Darren is especially notable as he had such a big role in this scene, that song blew me away. Good job guys!
