What a relief, not to have to be loving all the time. I feel like I just took myself off a huge hook.
These past couple years I've been incredibly irritated and in constant resistance to it. Wanting to change it while being emotionally sucked into it and not feeling like its getting any better. I can see it differently now... I need to harmonize it instead of "trying" to be how I think I "should".

I’m still waiting for some day for my life love and I was born in 1965, but after listening this, I realized if I put my daughter, my friends and the people at work who I love and who love me back, that is a lot of love when you add it up. Still when longing for a romantic love arises, I can love me through it instead of wishing I was different. Happy 2023 Matt. I love what u said about balance and ego and how you listen to Metallica every day. My personality loves physicality and skill so despite being on the spiritual path for 17 years or so I got back into following a little bit of mixed martial arts or boxing, and I also love, play and watch chess. I'm also a devoted father and partner.

Thank you Matt, I love this video. How freeing it is not having to be loving all the time, what a lot of people don't realise is that an emotion such as anger is neither positive or negative, how you choose to react to it is either negative or positive. How do people be one way all the time, when every moment is different, I find it difficult because you have to experience the things that human beings experience and experiences change from one moment to the next. I love listening to bands such as U2, Icehouse and Foreigner. Love and Gratitude 😊❤🙏

Everything we do here is an attempt to get back or experience the worlds we came from. Think of those times when you stare at a sunset or wood fire. It reminds you of the worlds you came from.
