she's not sitting down facing the same direction for an amount of time that would be alarming. theres people in offices on horrible computer chairs for 8 hours 5 days a week and for DECADES and sometimes they still dont even have issues with their neck.

easy its not a real thing its an illusion, and the proof is that you never feel this feeling "lonely" when you are enjoying yourself alone playing a game ,reading, or watching your favorit show, most of the things ppl call problems are them just being bored , lost or searching for answers ..

Ellen, it sounds like your neck hurts due to the manner of how your chair is angled and you turn your head slightly to speak to your guests. Also the fact that you cross your legs putting one on top of the other is going to create more problems for your back. If you feel comfortable crossing your legs, just cross your ankles instead. It’s just as comfortable yet not so damaging to your back. Hope this helps. I also have a lot of neck and back damage so I am only speaking from experience and physical therapy. 😉

Get to a chiropractor AND a sports massage therapist that does injury recovery with rehab exercises. Oz once told an Oprah audience member they had to live with plantar fasciitis. Asking him or any MD about your neck is like asking a chef how to drive a race car or design a building

You need. Physical Therapist if your neck still hurts after this long time!! Actually you should have one in your team for education and prevention of any injury like this
Being whole is wonderful, but difficult to be in a society filled with fragmented people and I would say fragmented is a nice way of saying broken. It's easier to be yourself when you limit your time in society, I highly recommend it.

Ellen, I got the same neck problem. I started working with the machine where it’s like pulling on the rope for 20 minutes in the difficult mode and throughout the workout, I could move my neck! Please try this if you can
