REAL ingredients are used and not substitutes which we are accustomed to and subjected to in the U.S The fact that cameras are allowed to view the entire process is AWESOME. They made chocolate out of chocolate. Amazing
They are completely different. Those are baking chips and they taste like oil, it remains solid even at room temperature, once you add milk you get chocolate, then they add butter so it doesn't melt so easily.
I use callebaut chocolate he used. I'm just a mum who bakes. The ones he used are chocolate with different cocoa solids content. It's not the ines the lady below mentions I've used that kind too, where it's the cacao solids without the cacao butter, sugar. This guy has basically made a chocolate truffle with butter after to give it that consistency. Hope that clears it up.

Late reply, but I always wonder what things that weren't discovered. Look at the videos on how to make things, like chocolate, and you wonder how easily this could have never been discovered. I wonder if there were alternate universes how many things they discovered that are common place to them but they didn't figure out things like chocolate or steel or refridgeration, etc but they have some amazing things that we never thought of.
