I think the witr prayer is incorrect. Allah oe Ahlam. There should be taslim after the 2nd takaat so it is different than magreb prayer. Allah knows best

Yes, so long as your goal is committed to Allah. You can preform prayer with this guide and you can do it step by step. If you are genuinely trying to learn, it is not wrong. It would be a great step in the right direction if you practice it regularly, Inshaallah you will be able to do it alone without the guide. (Hope this helps)
Yes you could use your phone as a guide to do it the correct way as you are now learning , In Shaa Allah as you practice regularly you wil able to do it by yourself without the guidance of the phone.

With the help of Allah swt, I have just moved off my phone and into a notebook. I have the basic salat almost fully memorized. Now In'shallah I will learn wit, and Friday jummah. Ramadan Mubarak

You can pray sitting down! And it’s still valid and in cases where you are completely paralyzed you can pray with your eyes Subhanallah
