I have collected some moissanites, I noticed the same. Some look dull and worse than Cubic Zirconia, most are pretty amazing and some are super spectacular disco shit light and fire shows
My firs impression was yes and no. Not a steady accepted and well know market of a solid size, on the other hand the stones keep their quality 100% and they are in local shops in Western countries, still 'expensive' for average joe. I would love to know how often jewelers buy these from people, with or without the jewelry around it

same and it is a relatively affordable collection hobby compared to natural gems
Did you get them with GRA certificates? That's what ali express often offers. I actually don't know what jewels offer and moissanite certification
