Perfect view of Cairo Road in Lusaka // was the Heart of all shopping back in the 80’s …// greetings from California
Shoprite nearly has 3000 stores all over southern Africa.
I’ve been bingeing your vids.Good to travel Southern Africa vicariously through you.Much respect.🇰🇪
PS:You can push it to Kenya.I see plenty of 🇿🇦overland trucks here
Keep on bingeing😁 thanks for the support and I will (eventually) get to Kenya👍
Good to see you back Nick.
Woowww, brings back so many fond memories. Over many years, I've been involved with and part of planning, building, set up, and further development of many a retail outlet in all of the Lusaka, Kitwe, Ndola shopping centres. Was a very good 15 or so years of my life. Love your casual approach, it's definitely the way to go in Zambia, and all of Africa really. Safe onward journeys, and many troublr free (ideally) more kms 👍💪
thanks, it is great to be back🙂 The city has exploded. I was here about 10 years ago and the change is evident.
You visited when the country had a load-shedding issue for about a month. The country today has no load-shedding and street lights are normally on.
I really appreciate these site tours, love your work. Keep our coming ❤️
Thanks Kabelo🙂
Welcome back nice video 📹 👍
Thanks man! Will be heading back to the bush tomorrow
Nice to see and hear you again Nick
thanks Giusep, how are things at home?
Great video! Well done
Thanks Slam!

Always a pleasure🙂
Thanks!
Nice and useful video! From Mozambique look forward to travel to Lusaka
its a pleasure Belarmino
Lusaka seems to be a quite clean city.
It's a mixed bag, but overall impressed by the place
My son and his family live in Lusaka and I have visited twice. I love it and there have been major changes over the last four years. The only issue for me is the traffic ... it's chaos and I've driven in Paris, London and through Europe but I can't get my head around Lusaka 😂Maybe next time ?
Thank you for showing Lusaka
Always a pleasure🙂
Thanks Man ,
You're welcome!
Good to see you back,as on traffic light , on fly over bridge thy haven't installed them but privious there were traffic light,on kafue round about ,most traffic light work on solar panel
Thanks Feli🙂 ok i see, glad to get some inside info
I started watching your videos to cope with homesickness (Botswana --> England), but the Namibian series made me want to move to the desert, also looking forward to seeing more Zambia!
im leaving Lusaka today, so there will be more of the country from this point onwards. Hope it helps... Botswana is beautiful btw🙂
@@NickfrNamibia my fellow Namibian big ups ❤️, greetings from Namibia 🇳🇦, ey Zambia 🇿🇲 you should take care of our guy
Yeah tell them, Im going hungry😂
Thanks for the video. Turning at that Makeni mall with no sign is really chaotic. Hope they’ll put signs there
It is not good for my blood pressure😂 but the traffic seems to be moving without problems.
Traffic can be the worst unless you use the ring roads to avoid the CBD, Traffic lights became a problem as it hindered the flow of traffic in most cases, what they need are more modern traffic lights or some means to monitor traffic so that cars are not impeded when the roads are clear which is what people complained about
This is true. I realised that the traffic actually flows very well without them. A the Kafue roundabout and under the flyovers
Kiitos!
🙏Thank you Sir!
@@NickfrNamibia Thanx for very valuable info about Lusaka Immigration and customs...!
Its a pleasure Juha😁
Once a garden city
Why did you change your accent when talking to the fuel attendants
I enjoy watching your videos. Though I was wondering with how much travel you do, whats the mileage on your vehicle?
Hey Joseph. Its currently on 293000km. Im a full time traveller now. This is what I do, living from my car.
Some advice, when filling gas, please check the pump reads zero. I noticed you told the fuel attendent to fill up without checking.
I do🙂maybe not that evident in the videos, but I definitely do
nice! thank u for that! U did not show the hundreds of police check points and speed checks - have they all gone?
a few when you come in, but not many. They have those overhead cameras now. I think they replaced most of the checkpoints
Hahaha don’t worry about copy write you didn’t sound like you were singing! 😂😂Good to see you back mate. I’m in Zim in October will you be in Zim then?
😂cant imagine how happy I am to be moving again. Leaving Lusaka this morning. Ill be in Zim for Aug and then onto Mozambique Sept/Oct. So ill miss you
@@NickfrNamibia one day we will get it right. Keep safe mate and please look after yourself especially if you head to Northern Moz.
Definitely will do, thanks Bruce! Thanks for all the Zim info👍😁
Bro wanted to ask what model Toyota bakkie is that? And how often do you service that beast ?
It's a 2000 Toyota Hilux 2.7 petrol DC 4x4, every 10 000km like a Hilux should be🙂
Nick , it will be nice to incorporate a “$” logo // while showcasing you video // for a one time Donation // offered by TH-cam ..it have a Heart emblem - with a $ sign in the Emblem // ..and you can list it on every video // are there other options to make a one time donation //
ill have a look if I have that function, thanks for the info👍😁
Get your facts right, the streets lights in Independence Avenue do come on at night they use solar and only on when its sunset
Wow you have streetlights in one street in your entire capital...travel to other cities, see what it is supposed to look like and then come and comment again....Im not attacking your country, Im informing other travellers that the city is dark at night
😅 I don't know why I couldn't find stuff that you found
what couldnt you find?
Fuel
