    I am so glad you spoke about carbs in menopause because this was our discussion in a facebook group because am not getting why eat carbs during menopause or before periods etc because is already hard as it is to keep the weight down and the insulin. I don't feel good eating carbs, am not doing it no matter what am told.

    Average age is misleading since it factors in the very high infant death rate. Once you made it past your infancy and childhood, many lived to be old.

    This is the first video of Maria's that I have watched. I can't believe that Maria was ever overweight. I watch another ketovore doctor who says that we menopausal women have to eat enough protein and fat to keep from getting sarcopenia(muscle loss). It looks like Maria is a little underweight to me, but that would be a good problem to have for me at this point. I know how to gain weight. LOL Thanks for the info.

    That is where Maria's keto is where is at, body composition change, especially when you are body building. She makes it simple and doable to calculate and provide the recipes. You no longer have to live off chicken breast and steamed vegetables lol

I wouldn't have thought you could have it now--Haven't all of your fat cells been more or less relieved of the overstuffed condition?

    I wish I liked meat to go carnivore... I'm vegetarian but I also had to quit vegetables, unfortunately I get very sick eating them. I hope someday I change and adapt to carnivore... It's inspiring to listen to you both!

      @@MariaEmmerich Lots of eggs, egg white protein powder, pea protein powder because it's the cheapest I can get, almond and peanut butter, nuts and seeds, avocado, coconut oil, butter, heavy cream, coconut cream,unsweetened shredded coconut, lupin flour as it's high in protein, psyllium to help me go to the bathroom 😥😥, lots of unflavored gelatin for animal protein source and also for collagen, different cheeses, I'm allergic to soy and tofu so that's a no no for me. IT's very basic and repetitive but I don't like neither fish or meat since I was a child.

      If you would fast and had no carb equal sugar adiction you would only eat meat. Is quite easy. Eat less and more and more animal fat and best grass fed beef .
      Toxoplasmose is real parasites bad gut bactaria telling your brain eating toxic waste

      Your colon needs hydration, not fiber. Adding sufficient electrolytes will help with the bathroom issue 🙏

    Do the adrenals really need more fat to heal (as stated by several influencers) when in a fatigued state? As in 2 to 1 fat to protein?

      It’s more about getting your macros right and cleaning up the diet. Remove all industrial seed and vegetable oils, gluten, and processed foods 🙏
