I think there's a very high chance of there being a weapon similar to Mjolnir on Elbaf that only Usopp will be able to lift, through some shenanigans or riddle that he'll figure out, and that's what will gain him the giants' respect.

And get a well-made hammer by the weaponsmith so he can train with to learn Hakoku technique. He would call it, "HAKOKU HAMMER!" Hope we see The return of SOGAKING during his training in Elbaf...🤔
I definitely think it would make sense for Oda to play Ragnarok into the Elbaf arc. Ragnarok is the end of the world as all the gods come to battle on earth. I think thats pretty par for the course at this point in the series.
