    hello, nice video. i was wondering if you can help me out, i am a beginner and i don't really know where to begin, i can do the over shoulder pass shown as a beginner trick but i cant hit my waist side to side, it is very challenging. do you know a easy way to learn. thanks

      The best thing that you can do to learn this is by starting out by going really slowly and by only speeding up when you feel that you are beginning to understand the concept. depending on your nunchucks you might have to bring your nunchucks to your hip on the front of your hip or further off to the side depending on which feels more comfortable to you. Also allow the other nunchuck to swing horizontally so that it wraps around it. Another thing to keep in mind is that you need to begin swinging the nunchuck again directly after it hits your waist in order to keep the momentum going.     I haven't looked at all your videos but I want to ask if there's any strengthening exercises you do for endurance? I know my left side is weaker and less coordinated than my right. And I do get a workout just doing things with them. Thanks sir.

      Strength is definitely and important part of spinning nunchucks especially when performing longer routines. There are a few different options for improving strength and endurance. The following are a few good options:
      Improve grip strength with a grip master or other grip improvement device.
      Improve endurance by spinning for a long period of time preferably double to improve both hands.
      Improve strength through interval training; spinning fast and powerful for a shot amount of time between sections of accuracy and control.
