Was looking at Argentina / Chile vids and got to this vid and I’m now considering going to the kiwi land instead. Let’s hope you get enough snowfall in the next month. I’ll keep an eye on the snow reports
A huge variety actually! Everything from RED KOMODO, RED Dragon to Sony FX 6 to Black magic, Canon R5, GoPro. Fair few different drones too. Piers Faircloth-Harding (Editor and Colourist) did an immense job of making sure all of the cameras worked together in post.
Hi Paul, there are a few ski areas in New Zealand that aren't part of the Ski Area Association. Awakino is one them. Would love to see what it is all about.
If you want to show the beautiful scenery, let us see it in longer than 1/2 to 1 second video edit cuts. It's like watching a stroboscope. If you shot in 24 fps 4K, 12 frames goes by faster than it registers in your prefrontal cortex from your retinas. Hitting the pause button on every scene cut to see the incredible sights is ridiculous. This is not an MTV music video.
