Fallout New Vegas - Vault 13's Revenge Level 21 FO1/2 inspired build/loadout [Very Hard]

Just a litte fun thing I thought of doing lol level 21 is the level cap of Fallout 1 and I only used chems you'd find in that game ; ) CHR is a dump stat in the 2D games and you can just mentats to recruit companions and just tag + raise Speech skill. I plead guilty to using skillbooks to boost some necessary skills (notably medicine) to make myself perform better...but hey you can do the same in FO1 through gambling money and visiting the Hubs library ; ) sorry I couldn't open the gate to rain plasma grenades on the Centaurs!
Finally, gameplay of an experienced player who uses hotkeys and inventory management
Before I even watch, I absolutely love videos like this, certain character builds in fallout is so fun, going to see Joshua graham with a cowboy character, going to big MT with nothing but all the sci-fi specific weapons, or even just playing the vanilla game as a Roman soldier. It really makes the game way more interesting

This is pretty good, though personally I see a lack of mods that could complete the classic experience you look for; here’s a list of some I’ve found and use / don’t use but recommend:
-User Interface Organiser.
-HUD Editor.
-HUD Revelation Interface.
-Desert Ranger Interface.
-Talking Heads Dialogue Interface (or an alternative to this would be Close To Fallout if it’s appearance is more your style, however that mod can be found on the FO3 Nexus instead of FNVs but still works).
-Classic Fonts With Accents.
-Pip Boy Classic Scanlines.
-Menace of The New West (an alternative to this would be Mariposa Mutants).
-Horrors of The New West.
-Classic Geckos CVD Retexture.
-Classic Centaurs.
-Floaters.
-Classic Fallout Weapons.
-Weapons of The New Millenia (alternatively there’s also Weapons of The New Millenia & Friends or Weapons of Our Millenia).
-JIP Fast-Travel Anywhere.
-Immersive Fast Travel Encounters.
-The Living Desert.
-Mojave Raiders.
-Classic Leather Armour.
-Classic Metal Armour.
-Classic Combat Armour Replacer.
-Classic Leather Jacket.
-Ragdolls.
-Gore Overhaul.
-As a small bonus I’ll also throw in Titans of The New West and ETJ Enhanced Blood Textures:
ETJ’s Blood really makes the blood in the game stand out from it’s vanilla textures whilst Titans of The New West scales power armour to it’s proper proportions, if not a bit bigger than how it’s represented in Fallout 4.
A small reminder that you likely already know but should you download any or all of these mods, check to see if they need any requirements or patches installed as although these mods listed are perfectly compatible with eachother, some of them absolutely require other mods and compatibility patches to ensure that they work properly alongside so check their mod pages or the mod site in general to be sure of any patches and needs.

not sure if ur still playin New Vegas but theres 2 GRA challenges referencing Castlevania, perhaps making a "Belmont" storming inside Vault 34 or some fancy place with a lot of Feral Ghouls

Do you make a new character everytime or use console commands to choose your skills?
start a new game then give myself the necessary amount of caps for implants (if I want them for the build) and then spam rewardxp and give myself the vanilla amount of skillbooks for a skill if needed. Lately though I've discovered elite units in the NCR and Legion won't spawn if I use rewardxp so I'd play my character to the level that spawns them and then use rewardxp
except for my Unarmed build that's my baby I've cultivated the whole way.

How is the Bozar related to Vault 13?
"FO1/2 inspired build" ; ) I wish the Bozar was in Fallout 1 though...actually that Fallout 1/2 merge mod should put it in FO1.
also I'm gonna assume that since The Chosen One from Fallout 2 is the Grandchild of the Vault Dweller from Fallout 1 the devs thought it'd fit.

Jacoren was executed by the Vault 13 residents and the Overseer title was abolished.
Charisma isn't a dump stat in the 2d games it's like you haven't even played them
I mean if you're not doing a melee or unarmed build you can do mid-high CHR but my Melee and Unarmed builds in F1/2 survived on 2 CHR
admittedly though I was shocked to see the builds I was recommended make CHR take a nose dive off a cliff but hey it turned out alright. Its still fair to say having high CHR in the 2D games pays off a lot ; )

@@vulpesinculta4985 The Fallout games are designed to give players the freedom to play how they want. The only Fallout game where playing without companions is wrong would be Fallout Tactics lol.
