I've played literally dozens of matches between all game modes since the new season and haven't played the new map yet. I hope they fix the map chances
New map is great... Only if the map rotation still wasn't a mess 🤦. Since season 2 dropped me and my squad have only played on it 2 times. Same problem I had on season 1. Map rotation gets stuck on the same map. Hopefully they fix it.

I've been playing since release, this game is incredibly addictive. It's such a blast with friends especially the new 5v5 mode. The movement is crisp and the gun play is so satisfying!

that whole thing at the end was like a taunt chain(someone taunts after killing someone, and someone else kills them and taunts, etc etc)
I think it perfectly takes all the knowledge from the past, but with a unique twist. The fun is incredible, because it's creative in design and gameplay. Sometimes I get frustrated, because I am not that good in shooters, but afterwards our team has another plan and the whole game was turned inbetween the last minute. The feeling from winning are so rewarding, while loosing just wants to make you play more :D
So yes, it is criminally underrated!

I'm approaching 200 hours at this point and wasn't even getting tired of it at the end of season 1. Season 2 gave it fresh life that it didn't even need. Masterclass FPS experience imo.

Just heard about it today and tried it, i am in love with it.
Loving season 2, not messed around with the light stuff yet but anti gravity cube is fun and dematieraliser too but it’s not as good as heal beam. Are you planning on playing ranked? I won one earlier today during my placement matches 🤣

Good adjustment to bank it, would be for the vault to reduce by 30% every time a steal happens 🤔🤔

To get those reflections, turn on RTX in the settings
The game still uses screen space reflections. The Nvidia RTX global illumination option is only for global illumination(+ indirect lighting)

Dude this season is fire 🔥 wish more people can see how much fun this is instead of seeing it as a boring/sweaty game I mean the developers are aiming for a more fun experience instead of competitive

Can someone please clear this up for me? After you die it tells you who did what damage and sometimes the numbers don't add up.
For example I'll be playing as heavy and itll say "140 by enemy player name" and ill be dead even though I have 300hp total

Tournament rules set is so much better but no one is queuing for it, its so annoying

Feels clunky, no buffered interact, weird issues with gun sway / bullets leaving centre screen not where the reticle is. Horrible iron sights / visual recoil on many guns, not enough maps / game modes
The player count should def be higher

Finals was fun for a week, then it got super sweaty and the repetitive game loop got old fast.

No, its a fun weapon and i wouldn't say it's not worth getting but in my experience the famas is pretty mediocre. The FCAR is better in every way as long as your aim is decent
Not better than the fact but still pretty fun.
Found myself switching back to the FCAR in sweatier lobbies but the Famas is definitely refreshing and fun to use.

@@FF.06.B2 Absolutely. I live there and I've never seen the cheater scene so active in any online FPS before. The devs don't care at all because the Chinese cheaters are about half of the player base. The least they could do is improve the anti-cheat or actually start banning people.

@@FF.06.B2 I don't want a region lock.... Then I'd be stuck with all of them and never encounter a single regular player 😅 Just wish they'd bring in a better anti cheat or actually review the game play. Send in a couple of mods to keep an eye on things. I report and block at least 2 players per ranked match these days...and still encounter the same players. The block feature doesn't even work. The alternative is to make players register through a phone number instead of just opening up a new Steam account with an easy-to-set-up email address. It's just CRAZY to have a free to play game with Easy Anti-cheat as the only line of defense. Anyway, I gave up on this game as much as I loved it.

Was criminally underrated until they ruined heavy now light destroys everything and it sucks why did they take away 2 c4 charges stun light is so broken and stupid especially with the cloak but heavy needs a nerf they must’ve lost some brain cells or something

This game is not underrated, just for most of the "modern gamers" this game is way more complex. In this game it is NOT enough if You can control recoil, can aim good and kill. You have to watch out for Your teammates, the time left to steal the cashout, enemy movements, placed mines etc. The mentioned modern gamers are way too "dumb" for this game.

This game is not underrated. People just dropped the game after a few months of its release mostly because it's got boring and repetitive after a while.

This game was really fun at first but it’s kind of boring now. It’s too slow.
That’s a wild complaint on this game. The reason I love it is because it keeps you on your toes at all times. They obviously need to work on balancing, performance, and matchmaking. But I can’t imagine it being any faster paced without losing its charm. I don’t think they were going for a Quake clone.

@indieeric6530 I don’t mean the gameplay is slow I just mean the characters feel slow and clunky to me. I only play apex and cod though so that’s probably why.
@@blueshiftsino84 that makes sense. I don’t play either of those, but The Finals movement feels very fluid to me. I can traverse the environment as quickly as I need to. I also really like the idea of “the heavier the build, the slower you move”. If a tank could move as quickly as a light, I would never play light or medium again.
@@blueshiftsino84 Sadly games do tend to feel more clunky on console than on PC. So while I feel like the games not clunky whatsoever, I can def see it be the case with a controller.
