Interesting video! What would be the best approach to let the AI visualize the products in a card carousel instead of showing the product results just in text?
This is not working as it should. I have added a knowledge base, I have added a table with FAQs, and from the knowledge base interface, I can check if it’s working by asking a question, and then everything is fine. However, when I do exactly what you show in the video and test the bot, it responds incorrectly, without referencing the knowledge base. Even though no other information sources are added besides the knowledge base, the bot only uses the instructions and does not refer to the knowledge base. Even if I manually set the database it should use, it still doesn’t do so.

HI! In this new mode the interaction with the user is fabulous but I can't limit the answers exclusively in the context of the KB.

Is there a way to capture all the outputs from the chat and forward to may be google sheets so I can follow up with the user?
