2 Points to Correct in the Video:
(1) The plate umpire in the 2-Umpire System on the 60 Foot Diamond is responsible for all ROUTINE AND TROUBLE BALLS to the Outfield and should come out from behind the plate with NRiSP to rule on catch/no-catch.
(2) PU's rotation to 3B includes situations with R1 only AND R1+R3 on BOTH the 60 Foot Diamond and the 90 Foot Diamond.
