Can we just appreciate how competitive this league is right now? For the Mallards to have Robles, TC3 & Jorgy is wild. The fact that Trevor is one of the best pitchers in MLW and doesn’t have to pitch for a series because they have both Miller & Wallgate is even crazier. This league gets better and better. I’m from the Bahamas 🇧🇸. Have been watching you guys for years! Great job Kyle! My favorite TH-cam channel!

Love the editing. I know it’s probably a lot of work but would be dope if you can add in game stats for the batters and pitchers. Something like season stats and then game. .275 avg 3HR. Today 0-3 3k’s.

@@LevinsConvoy I said it in the off-season, I'll say it again. They should have sold high on Bonham after last year and flipped him for a bat after we saw Grant show he could be a decent pitcher in the playoffs last year.
League might have caught up to RJ a little bit too, you have to keep reinventing yourself and adding new wrinkles to stay dominant (Kracht's funky new deliveries, Robles leaning on the two-seam more)
The Wildcats missed the playoffs in 2019 after winning the World Series in 2018

Hey everyone, I attended Vermont series last year (different story) but everyone especially Yurgaites bros, Jimmy, and Flood were so nice! In many stadium series matches, the field is a full 90 degrees, I would love to see that potentially at the meadows, any chance? Additionally, you get test out a third outfield as a 90 degree field means more space to cover

Battle of the two jerseys I have, Go Mallards
I still totally believe in the Magic and their chances to repeat this year, but holy crap Jack and AJ have to be better if they wanna have any shot at all. Grant and RJ can't carry this team by themselves. Right now on the season, Jack and AJ are a combined 0 for 28 with 11 walks. Jack is 0 for 14 with 9 walks for a 0.391 OPS, and AJ is 0 for 14 with 2 walks for a 0.125 OPS. The fact that we're 9 games into the season makes that one of the crazier cold stretches I've ever seen from two players on the same team.
Until they sort their struggles out, their lineup should be Grant, Kurdi, Bonham, and then just one of Aigner/Ackerman. They shouldn't see the same lineup until they start hitting. It just makes it too hard on Grant. As for what will maybe fix it? I think both need to seriously cut their bat path and length significantly. Both take giant hacks, and when you're in a lineup with Grant, just get on base and be a threat man. You don't have to hit 5+ homers a year. Cut it down some and make contact/take walks.
On top of what I said here, Ackerman also needs to learn how to take a walk and not be such a free swinger. In 43 plate appearances the past two years, he has a grand total of 5 walks. Of players that had at least 20 PAs in 2023 he was dead last in the league by a wide margin with an 11.11% walk rate; next closest were Daniel Schultz and Rudy Ramirez at 12.8%. But a vast majority of players in the league had a walk rate between 15-25% last year.
This year for AJ, its at 12.5% so far, which would be worst in the league if not for Jacob Pyshka at 12%, and then Tommy Coughlin's utterly bizarre start to the season where he has 24 plate appearances with only a single walk for a 4.2% walk rate (That's bizarre bc Tommy is usually amongst the better players in the league at drawing walks. He was at 25, 30, and 18 percent in the three seasons before this one).
