Yeah 1990-1993 were great years for us, we made the playoffs 3 of those times I believe but we just always choked in the playoffs
WyattBDV you know before the Texans were introduced we were the last nfl team to win a playoff game 💀 even the 1995 expansion teams won a playoff game before us.
The InvictusSamaritan yeah, we were 0-4 in the 1900s we won our first playoff game against the Rams in 2000. But thank fcking god for Drew Brees, not only do we have playoff wins, but now we have had several division titles and a super bowl!

I’m not really sure how good the Texans were this season, pretty sure they missed the playoffs. But also our defense was trash this season so that may be why their offense did so good

Even though they finished 13-3 with a 26th ranked defense that was the signed of things of next year of a sloppy defense while the 15-1 packers and the 13-3 Patriots had the worst two defenses that same year 32nd 31st respectively the pats made the bowl while the Saints d cost them the 49ers game when Brees twice lead them to the lead and that was the year the Saints would beaten the Giants again and the pats in the Bowl
wasn't really the D that lost the Niners game. Last drive, Greg Williams elected to blitz Alex Smith leaving Roman Harper one on one with Vernon Davis.....bad decision.
@@Reese2279 they couldn't get pressure on Smith most of that game g-will has no choice BUT to blitz him. Blitzing is his DNA and on top of that in every 2 minute drives the Saints played "safe" (meh) prevent defense giving up the open middle field so quarterbacks can get quick easy catches by a huge chunk malcolm Jenkins would be the best safety to cover the faster Davis

Wow. NFL rigging games. Again. That " helmet to helmet" was clearly shoulder pad to helmet but the NFL wanted Saints to win so they gave them free yards. Without that the Texans would have won.

@@wyattbdv Not mad about it because the NFL is known to rig games in favor of certain teams. There are videos that are banned by the NFL of officials calling penalties that didn't exist that changed the course of the game and put teams in the championship.
