A Drive To/Walk Around KCI Airport!

Here is a drive to KCI (Kansas City International) Airport via the highway starting from the edge of Shawnee, Kansas close to the Kansas River going through Kansas City, Kansas into Kansas City, Missouri. The walking tour of the terminal at the airport does not include the shops and dining area beyond the TSA checkpoint in the ticketed passenger area, only the frontside area. If you’d like to tour the shop and dining area in the ticketed passengers section without a ticket there is a visitor program scheduled to be in place this spring 2024!

Very interesting that they will allow non-ticketed people into the shops and restaurant areas beyond the TSA checkpoints. I think this is a great idea! I hope more airports adopt this concept because I like to lounge at airports sometimes without buying a plane ticket. Something about it.
