Most people when rain come down and they see a Motorcyclist riding they think "poor guys, they are all wet" but when you love Ride and is part of you, your lifestyle you has learned to value this moments. Motorcyclist's Life isn't easy!!! 😎 Good Video! Keep it on it!
That will be an awesome trip for sure! If you haven't booked it yet, we can save you some dough on your EagleRider booking as well. There's a link in this video's description 👍 Thanks for tuning in!
My favorite highway. I am lucky to live just hours away and ride it once or twice a year. There is so many great roads but this is definitely the best.
Years ago I rode an Africa Twin from Alaska to Colorado. I spent two months in Canada, rain and 53 degrees. Every. Single. Day…Glad to see some things don’t change
A spectacular road which traveled quite a few times but not on my bike. Best to Spend at least a day each in the Banff and Jasper area and get a chance to ride the parkways.
I’ve visited the Columbia Glacier many times in my life and the first time was in 1971. The Glacier then wasn’t more than a 100 feet from the highway, you could walk onto it and they had huge snowcats that would drive you up the glacier to see it in all its glory. From your video I see that it is a distance view now. The last time I saw it was in 1996 and it was a long walk from the highway. Sorry you didn’t have the opportunity I had when I was 14 years old.
My wife and I did this same trip a couple years ago ( in a rented rav4 ) :( Banff, to Jasper then stayed in Hinton. I told her next time I'm bringing my or renting a Harley. Love this series, glad everyone has been so nice to you. Next time take a walk on the ice fields, it's pretty cool. Come back to Canada anytime.
My favourite ride! Vancouver out to Edmonton through Golden, up "93" to Jasper then to Edmonton to visit my son. I often come back down through the Drayton Valley onto Highway "11" into Saskatchewan Crossing at "93".... When the sun is shining, it really can't be beat on a motorcycle!! It truly is spectacular! Enjoy! Kindest regards Craig Reeves Vancouver Canada
The wives are awesome! Lance Jr.'s wife seems like an awesome person. Letting you all know she is a welcome person on your videos. Keep up all the good work. Hope to see you all in sturgis!
Again thanks for the greats memories of this wonderful ride! You are lucky to use your drone because as in the USA its not allow in National Parks but we won't say!! lol
Being a Canadian, but living on the other side ( Toronto area) this series has blown me away. Now I want to take my Roadglide west! Thank you so much for the content. Enjoying it immensely.
Hi guys! Welcome to Canada! So glad you came to visit our beautiful country!!!! I also watch all your videos (and watch them over and over again especially during our long Canadian winters). How was your rain gear holding up after all those hours in the rain? Did they keep you dry? I’m looking into buy some new rain gear… Thanks😊
Thank you! We really enjoyed that trip and can't wait to make our way back up north. The rain gear held up great. With constant downpours for hours on end, there's only so much you can do, but on this trip we kept fairly dry👍
And another excellent video! My wife and I along with another couple have just signed up for a "Fly and Ride" 8 day tour in Italy with Eagle Rider. My wife is concerned with how to pack...type of flight carry on luggage that will fit in or on the rented RG Limited that we have reserved. With a tour pack and each a saddle bag...a lady packing for evening dinners and riding the entire trip may be challenging. I think casual dinning and riding would be easy...but while in Italy the evening dinning attire.... Just a thought for a good "fly and ride" video with the 2LaneWives input. And maybe I've missed that video... See ya down the road!
It sounds like you two have an incredible trip ahead! We think that would make a great video as well, thanks for the input! The short answer would be to get saddlebag and tour pack liners and a duffle, so each of you could pack one saddlebag, share space in the tour pack, then bring a small duffle to strap to the tour pack rack for the extra outfits. Have a great trip!
i am a new subscriber to your channel and love what you guys do keep it up also it would be amazing if you guys could make it one time to Germany it's awesome here
You guys will enjoy highway 5 down to Kamloops. Mount Robson is really nice. The closer you get to Kamloops you get into some twisties and some really nice riding along the Thompson river. Enjoy the ride guys and gals. Cheers 🍻
Your quality of editing and production is absolutely great in general, let along for one guy filming. The only thing that seems dated is the "throwing off" after a talk to camera. Not sure its necessary and is a bit cheesy. Been really enjoying getting to know the channel and excited to see what's ahead potentially with some new CVO's. Cheers guys. Melbourne, Australia.
Thanks for the input, much appreciated!! A lot of the little things we do, we just do. As the production value goes up with practice, we still do our best to just wing it and be ourselves along the way. We're glad you're enjoying the channel and taking the time to get to know us, we appreciate the support! We're currently riding the CVOs and just rolled into the Black Hills yesterday to spend some time in Sturgis. We'll see what the future holds, bt we'd love to own a few of those bikes 🙌
Lance said " It was sunny a few minutes ago" and then you were in a thunderstorm. We have a saying here in Alberta that goes "if you don't like the weather, wait 5 minutes." It can change on a dime and you experienced it. We get some doozy thunderstorms when it's a really hot day and then it cools off later.
I love this series! The mountains... the trees... the turquoise water... I'm living vicariously through you guys. I have to plan a ride up there someday.
Every vlog is better than the last. Awesome photography ! Exceptional drone shots, and editing! And of course we love you're comradory. Especially seeing the joy of the road on your faces. Which cannot be wiped off. This had to be the most beautiful scenic ride. I want to go ("so I will know").
Thanks a ton JROCK!!! We're glad you can appreciate the work that goes into these as a 3 man team. If ya don't go, you won't know!! See you down the road😎
I’m so glad the 2LaneLife family came up to western Canada for a Ride and visit…We really hope the Canadian people brought hospitality love and respect to all of you… My wife and I just got home last night from a 4500 km ride from Saskatchewan to Alberta, British Columbia (northern regions) then swung down to the (southern regions) of British Columbia, Alberta then back home to Saskatchewan. We were really hoping to meet up with you folks and say hello as we have been following you guys on Utube for the last year and a half and really enjoy what you bring back to all of us folks who love to ride.. God bless and two wheels down from your Canadian friends Shayne and Sandy Morley. 🇨🇦
Hi guys, Kaycee fae Bonnie Scotland checkin in. Loving this trip to Canada. Scenery looks stunning, despite the weather. Another location to add to my bucket list. After following you guys for a while now, I took the plunge and traded my Heritage in for a Road Glide. Picking it up next week. Hoping to start doing some serious mile munching.
Thanks guys, i am getting into trouble with my wife, everytime she walks in you two are on my tv. New to Harley's had mine a month now and came across your channel, truly inspirational @@2LaneLife
Aww it’s such a shame you guys got that lousy weather through the Ice Fields Parkway. Though, as you noted, it’s still amazing no matter what. You can no doubt imagine what it’s like on a clear, sunny day, of which there aren’t too many. Was through there with my wife in early July and stayed in Hinton as well. Really looking forward to the rest of the series. Safe travels.
Hey, just gives us another reason to come back! Still some epic scenery and it lived up to the name. This was our favorite riding day of the trip and we're missing it already. Sounds like you two had a good time as well. Thanks for the support 🙌
Haha no way, that's awesome!! We couldn't comment back during the video premiere as we were riding, but we remember seeing your comment as it was going live. Thanks for the support!
Somewhere else to check out, road wise, if you are up in Alberta again is to follow the crows nest pass hiway (Hiway 3). It goes through the town of Frank which was leveled in the past due to an Avalanche that was caused from the mining of coal at Turtle mountain…
Nice driving my 73 ts400. Suzuki dirt bike from Niagara falls to there 1974. Next time there was 2013 with my 2009 harley. Hope I get a license back soon I haven't drove since Sept last year after cancer brain surgery would luv to take my 2021 cvo limited there. Only thing different this time I would be towing bike in a trailer from home to the mountains
We used @eaglerider bikes for this trip so that we could do a longer trip but save some extra time traveling at the beginning and end of the trip. Thanks for watching!
I have a video on my channel of the same ride, although my editing might be a little cheesy. I live just a few hours away and I am thinking of taking that ride again next week. Thanks for the inspiration
You guys have the front wheels either straight or to the right when the bikes are not moving. That's improper, the wheel needs to be cut to the left. I expect better from professional highway men ... lol.
Glad you guys got to do the parkway, I've ridden it at least a dozen times, been coast to coast across Canada on my 2018 FLTRU and the parkway on a clear summer day is probably the number one ride in Canada, imo. While you guys were doing this tour I was somewhere near or on the Beartooth Pass, it was 2 Celsius, rain and windy as hell lol. Would have loved to ride a few miles with you guys.
Welcome to Canada to all our cousins to the south.
Thank you!! We loved it up there!
Excelente Family i like you videos ond you motorcicle 👍🙋

Good times had by all!!
Scenery! Wow.
Right?! Pretty spectacular 🙌
The wolf on the mountain on your right as your riding. @12.03 into the video all the best Andy ,Southwest England
Im with ya Josh, I also love when water does what water does. 😉
Wet water is the best water
