I am a former ballerina who teaches ballet now and so much of the language you use in ballroom about placement/weight distribution/arms is the same even though the postures are very different. I'm going to steal the "cactus under the armpits" idea...brilliant and hilarious!😂😂😂 (I would love to learn ballroom dance)

My name is "Jinichiro Shikano". I am Japanese. I don't speak English, so I can't fully understand what you're saying. But, this video was very helpful. Thank you very much.
I would like to tell a dancing buddy about your video. I think everyone will receive "Sumo wrestlers and ballerinas".

thanks Slawek Sochacki for the lecture ; A lecture on proper walking and posture could be a lecture for hours. Slawek Sochacki has intensely studied both and that is seen in this video. Few understand the very concept of either. I suggest the book, "Walking Code" by Dr. Todd Martin and Martin's TH-cam channel.
