I love this video! Thanks, Rahdo! My game just arrived and watching this again, I'm so excited to get it to the table! Fitting it around the World Cup could be tricky but I feel like I have a good understanding of the rules and flow of the game now. Thanks again!

Tiny cubes on tiny squares millimeters apart on a glossy card to track different information…. Maybe level specific chits would better, ie. explore level 2 token (could be small magnifying glass with a 2 in the glass).
Any bumps won’t cause confusion and then you can just cash in the chit when the time comes to put out your markers)

I like dry Euros and I like dice drafting and placement but something about this game doesn't click for me.

40:22 Does the red die bonus mean that Rahdo would get back one coin for his recolored die or is the "real" color what decides about this?
I assume it's when he's using a die to do a red action, be the die a red die or it was another color die that was changed by an expedition token (because effectively the die color was changed), but maybe ask this in the forums for the game to be absolutely sure
7:15 if you get 2 for every coin/token spent to help with the expedition, wouldn't that be 6 (coins) + 6 (tokens) + 6 (die) = 18? If that's right, then Jen would have had exactly the 14 she needed to study the habitat of both animals at 9:55. Did you mean to say coins add just 1 at 7:00? because that seems to be how you're counting :)
Already on the Klingon Subtitles... sorry for the delay :( But it's 1 pip per coin, 2 pips per expedition token

Perhaps I missed it but what incentivises you to publish early? Could you not just build up a hoard of creatures and publish in the last round for greater efficiency and symbol crossover?
the more often you publish, the more of those red wild badges you get, which are incredibly powerful :)
What is the point of introducing a stealing mechanic into the game? I don't get it either thematically or mechanically.
i dont think of it as stealing at all. it's just a dice drafting game where i get first dibs on several dice from the pool, but some of them are still open to everyone :)
No Klingon subtitles for this one?
they're coming! i screwed up and thought the game was launching tomorrow, so paulo thought he had one more day to goof check. so he'll be doing it tonight and they should be there tomorrow :)
