- REIKI translates as ‘Universal Spirit of Life’ - the energy that is continuously flowing through and around every living thing.
It is a gentle energy healing modality that is usually done by placing the hands in a series of positions over or slightly above the body. Reiki promotes healing by activating the relaxation response and helping to accelerate the bodies natural ability to heal itself.
Similar to recharging a battery, Reiki is the channeling of high-vibrational energy into you aura, chakras and meridians.
Reiki is is a natural tool that can be used to help us cope with the stresses of every day life, and works on all aspects of a person by bringing the mind, body and spirit back into beautiful alignment. Reiki works on all planes - physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.
It has been proven that receiving Reiki affects brain waves by transforming consciousness in the same way that meditation does - the breath deepens, stress levels in the body drop, oxygenated blood flows more freely, aiding in the detoxification of the body + mind.
When you receive a Reiki healing, you are being brought back into a state of harmony with the universe. Its calming effect will leave you feeling lighter, happier and connected. Reiki is a wonderful tool to use alongside modern medicine and other therapies, as it supports the physical body during the healing process.

So Beautiful. I did a distance healing to the world, and all damaged leaders in need of healing. I sent it to all the animals, and nations feeling the pain I picked up, to the Earth's core and to the deepest parts of the universe and the ocean. I've never felt so moved as when I connected to each of these energies, but I felt it shift. This was a powerful part in my focus and intentions to clear and reenergize a major shift for our times. My dear friends, as I listen to this lovely music, I am well aware that I need your help.. Although I have Reiki 2, I am finding it very difficult to use it on myself and I am asking for your help. Three months ago I was diagnosed with colon cancer and am now receiving Chemo at our local hospital but it is taking its toll as I have lost much of my energy. I try to drink as much water as possible but there are days when my Blood Pressure is low and I feel giddy. I am just asking you to pray for my recovery as well as please send distance healing. I have had a blood transfusion to help me because my Immune System is quite low. A few weeks ago I lost a friend, a reiki healer, an amazing guy. Every time I listen to reiki music, I cry for him. He have done so much good, he wanted to do so much more. He offered me help first, I was sceptical about it but did a few sessions with him. Not enough. Our friendship wasnt long, we met about 2 years ago. I wish it lasted longer. He was an amazing human being. It's so painful he is gone. I believe he was 'connecting' with me even when we didnt have direct contact. I believe he does it still. I wish our journey in here lasted longer. I hope you can feel it from whenever you are. Namaste Joe...

As from tonight, 24th September 2019, I and some friends will be 'sending' Reiki to Mother Earth at 10.00pm G.M.T. every night for 20 minutes Everybody is welcome to join in. If it wasn't for what she provides nobody reading this or anybody would be alive today. Maybe this message will inspire readers to do something in their own country as well given the complexity of time zones around the world.
Please remember that you don't need to be attuned to Reiki to join in either. Simply be silent, light a candle, use another form of healing, meditate; whatever feels right for you and your Spirit and intention will unify us all. The practice in England will continue for many years to come . Join in when the mood takes you.

Shania it seems we have two things in common at least...I'm also in MD and have chronic illnesses...I know it's hard sometimes to get through the every day tasks in life and not lose sight of the bigger picture. Oour essence is still thriving, even if our body's are taking on the physical manifestations of the pain and suffering in our lives and society as a whole. My guess is you're an empath as well. I just drifted into a meditative state and had an encounter with my lovely friend who passed away 6 yrs ago. I love and miss him so very much. He said he was back. He was so happy! His smile could light up a room. It just lit my whole dream up. I hugged him so tight. My sweet angel. Prior to seeing him I was in a large pool being carried and swimed by an Asian man whom I seemed to have deep feelings for. I could somehow breathe underwater. I thought it was a dream until I realized I was only meditating for 40minutes. So beautiful. Thank you!!

God please help me, I've lost numerous good jobs,nearly all my friends havep passed on, and the majority of everything I own. I live in a motel now in the worst part of town. I wish I could save money to even begin to look for a better place. I know this is the lowest point in my life, next would be homeless ...hoping for a miracle.
