I also have a two door 2023 Badlands with the 2.7 engine and no Sasquatch. I really like it and even saw 21 mpg on a recent trip mostly on back roads. Its a keeper. We also have a Jeep Wrangler that my wife drives. Nice review.
ok so heres your hater jeeper comment. First off I'm a ford guy (well Lincoln guy but its the same so they tell me) and a jeep guy and one of my favorite vehicles I owned was a 68 Bronco with a 302. After owning my latest jeep a 2006 unlimited for 16yrs I was so excited for the Bronco and most definitely ready to move away from jeep. I actually waited an additional year and when i was ready to shop I did exactly what you recommended. I test drove a few new model jeeps and then tore off to the ford bronco. It was the dealers personal 2 door badlands all optioned up model. I knew before I pulled out of the parking lot how disappointed I was with this Bronco's build and feel. I test drove it anyways and told salesman how very disappointed I was with this product and a week later purchased a new Jeep. Fast forward 2yrs and I still shake my head whenever i see a bronco go by me. Ford so missed the ball on this Bronco.
Former Jeep owner here, I traded in my Rubicon for a Bronco Badlands. I love the bronco WAY more than the jeep. One of the best decisions I ever made. So don't feel bad for us bronco owners because we're having way more fun to care about what other people are driving lol
I dont feel bad for Bronco owners. Its my overexcitement to get back into a a true jeep replacement and then being let down. My own expectations to what ford was giving us vs reality.. My test ride disappointed me specifically because bronco felt bigger and heavier than jeep and though I loved the comfy leather seats (way more than my hard uncomfortable jeep leather seats) bronco s build felt too plastic. And thats comparing it to a plastic jeep. @@DougVandegrift
