Exactly, I agree with you, Hyderabadi achaar try kro, all over India ka sbse tasty achar hote h, aaj kal wo bhi vinegar wale sell krte h, but trust me kuch jagah pr milte h lemon Wale jo spicy hote h... Try non veg achar, vegetable achar, lemon, and aam ka achar is the best..
