Instant Garlic Pickle
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
1 cup peeled Garlic
1/2 cup Mustard Oil
1/2 tsp Asafetida
1 cup Garlic
2 tbsp Salt
1 tsp Turmeric powder
2 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
4 tbsp Powdered Mustard Seeds
2 tsp Fenugreek Seeds powdered
1 tbsp Fennel Powder
1 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Vinegar
Method:
Heat the oil in a pan. Add the asafoetida. As the asafoetida sizzles, add in the peeled garlic and the salt.
Mix well and allow to cook till the garlic turns soft, approx. 4 minutes.
Add in the turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chili powder and mix well. Switch off the heat and add in the mustard powder, fennel powder, fenugreek powder and mix well.
Add in 1tsp salt and the vinegar and mix well. Allow to cool and fill in sterilized Glass Jar.
The pickle is ready to eat instantly.

@@deepinderdhillon3451 for one year ,as it has got vinegar added in it ,it works as great preservative , and will not let it get spoil throughout the year

@@deepinderdhillon3451 and yes , always use natural white vinegar made from corn , and not chemical based cheap vinegar ,you can buy natural white vinegar made from corn , i just purchased it from Amazon ,2 ltr combo pack for 250 rs 👍 only buy latest fresh bottle as you have to preserve your pickle for whole year ,with this vinegar you can also preserve , fresh raw ginger and fresh turmeric ,just remove the skin ,add salt to taste and vinegar according to the quantity of fresh turmeric or ginger ,mix it well and it's done ,store in glass jar ,👍😊 for 500 grm ,100 ml vinegar should enough ,in between evry 2-3 days keep mixing it from top to bottom with a spoon , it will stay fresh for a year , never keep metal spoon inside the pickle jar ,as metal is known to react with sour material and could spoil your pickle , always use good quality silicon spoon or when required use fresh stainless-steel spoon and don't put it back in the jar permanently ,😊👍

yes you can use two to three lemons instead of white vinegar.
