Ingredients
Soaked Raw White Rice/ Pachari: 1 cups.
Soaked White Aval/ Flattened Rice Flakes 1/2cup
Baking Powder 1/2 tsp
Instant Yeast: 1/2 tsp.
Salt: to your taste.
Sugar:7 tbsp.
Cardamon seeds: to your taste
Water: As needed.
Oil to grease, preferably coconut oil.

രാവിലെ തന്നെ ഉണ്ടാക്കി നോക്കി. തേങ്ങാ ചേർക്കാതെ ആദ്യമായിട്ടാ ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നത്. അതുകൊണ്ടുതന്നെ ശെരിയായി വരില്ല എന്നു അമ്മ ഒത്തിരി നിരുത്സാഹപ്പെടുത്തിയതാ.എനിക്കും ചെറിയൊരു പേടി ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. അളവ് കൂടുതൽ എടുത്തിട്ടായിരുന്നു ചെയ്തത്. Waste ആയാൽ മൊത്തം നീ തന്നെ കഴിച്ചോണം എന്നമ്മ പറഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ video ഞാൻ കാണിച്ചു കൊടുത്തു. പിന്നെയാ ആൾ മിണ്ടാതിരുന്നത്. എന്നതാണേലും സംഗതി ശെരിക്കും ശെരിയായി വന്നു കേട്ടോ.അതും ഞാൻ വിചാരിച്ചതിനേക്കാളും ഒത്തിരി നന്നായിട്ട്. ചേച്ചി പറഞ്ഞപോലെ തന്നെ കടയിൽ നിന്നു വാങ്ങുന്ന മാതിരി തന്നെയിരുന്നു. പഞ്ഞിക്കെട്ടുപോലെ, വായിൽ ഇട്ടാൽ അലിഞ്ഞു പോകുന്നു.അമ്മ ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നതുപോലെ ആന്നോ ഇതെന്ന് നോക്കു, എന്നു രാവിലെ പറഞ്ഞാൽ ഒരു കള്ളച്ചിരിയോടെ എനിക്കും ഇങ്ങനെയൊക്കെ അറിയാം, ഞാൻ ഉണ്ടാക്കിയാലും ഇത്ര soft ആകുമെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു തടി തപ്പി. വീട്ടിൽ എല്ലാവർക്കും ഒത്തിരി ഇഷ്ടമായിപുതിയ രീതിയിൽ ഉള്ള വട്ടയപ്പം. ഇതിൽ കുറച്ചു അണ്ടിപ്പരിപ്പും ഉണക്ക മുന്തിരിയും കപ്പലണ്ടിയുമൊക്കെ ചേർത്താൽ നല്ലതായിരിക്കുമെന്നു തോന്നുന്നു.
