    *Ingredients:*
    - 1 and 1/2 medium glass semolina (rava/sooji)
    - 1 and 1/2 cup sugar
    - 1 tablespoon ghee
    - 1/2 cup grated coconut
    - 1/2 glass milk
    - 15 to 20 raisins
    *Instructions:*
    1. **Roast the semolina**: Heat a pan on medium flame, and dry roast the semolina until it turns light golden and aromatic. Be careful not to over-roast it. Set it aside to cool.
    2. **Prepare the sugar mixture**: Grind the sugar into a fine powder and set it aside.
    3. **Fry the raisins**: In the same pan, lightly fry the raisins in ghee until they puff up. Remove and set them aside.
    4. **Combine the ingredients**: In the same pan, add the roasted semolina, grated coconut, powdered sugar, and fried raisins. Mix everything well.
    5. **Form the laddus**: Gradually pour in warm milk while mixing until the mixture comes together. Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into round laddus. If the mixture is too dry, add a little more milk.
    6. **Set the laddus**: Let the laddus cool and set for about 20-30 minutes.
