Greetings sir. I just watched your video on how someone can apply for a Diploma programme of 2 years even after having a HND, Bsc or Msc. I have a HND certificate in Mass Communication and because I learned that going for a 2 years programme gives one an edge in being eligible for PR because 2 years programme gives one 2-3 years PGWP rather than a PGD programme that is usually 1 years and gives 1 years PGWP and does not exactly better one PR eligibility except one runs another 1 year PGD prog. bringing it to 2 years programme in order to get 2 years PGWP. My question now is, since I have a HND in Mass Communication, going by what you stated in this video which has to do with one's ability to convince in writing, study relatability, the advantage of going for a Diploma programme to one's career pursuit, can I apply for a Diploma programme in Journalism since that can give me a hands-on experience or would going for the 1 year PGD still make me eligible for a PR? I am very particular in getting a PR and it is the sole reason for going to study in Canada. Thank you.

2019 is not that far. You can apply for a course relating to what you studies.
Except you already have certificates you Tailoring, you can look into Fashion Management

Most MSc programs here don't accept HND + pgd as requirement for MSc.
They mostly require BSc

Applying for another BSc in Canada is usually not the best option. You can go for a diploma instead.
