Oh my gosh, my imagination is in overload right now. How about red glitter paper and a “Congratulation, paint the town red. Thanks for getting my card brain working again.
This has a very clean look with the black and silver and your idea of cutting around the buildings and cutting the rectangular aperture looks fabulous Chrissie, and the added silver glitter card makes a wonderful background. x
I never knew that paper could shrink! That is so interesting. Glad it worked out on the thicker cardstock. You do have the most interesting dies in your stash Chrissie! I love how you took this stamp and die set and made it work like the other die. A very beautiful card, I love the simplicity of it! Enjoy your luncheon out with your friends! Hugs, Brenda
Very nice, I also have this stamp and die. Another clever way to use it. You are a great inspiration. Thank you for all the time you put into sharing your card making.
OMG what an awesome tutorial I wouldn’t have thought to do that ! I wonder if I tell my boss ( me) that I’m sick I can sneak up to my craft room and have a play. Thanks for sharing ! Hope you had a lovely afternoon with the ladies

Very pretty card. How does one find out about about the Gummiapan Mystery Bag? I looked and searched on the Gummiapan website but found nothing about Mystery Bag. TFS for sharing the mystery bag goodies with us. 🙏🌸🤓
Thanks for another beautiful CAS card. At the end of March is the "Creativa", Europe's largest creative fair in Dortmund, one hour drive from us. There is a huge Gummiapan Exhibition stand. I am still putting things on my list for the Creativa. 😇😇😇
Great card with a wide use, love the black and silver and the sentiment is really pretty too. Hope you have a wonderful lunch with the girls and lots of giggles. Thanks Christine x
This is a card after my own heart. I love sparkle and contrast and this card is quite stunning. It reminds me of a holiday card I made one year using a long decorative strip skyline die. I used the positive on the front and the negative inside above the sentiment. I am envying you with those Gummiapan mystery boxes! Silly of me, really.
Beautiful card! I am still subscribed but noticed that most of my views from your page had fallen out from last year and wonder if that too is affecting your numbers. I’ve watched all of your videos as far back as I can go. Gremlins in the system! Love your style and creativity regardless!❤
What a lovely card! I wonder how difficult it would be to cut the skyline first and match the stamp to it. Probably very, but it has me thinking at least.
Love the card Christine. I did have a thought when you were holding the building die, is it possible that due to its shape which could be flimsy, was the die was the problem. Sorry about that, I have to think things out as to why, just my funny old brain 😊. Jenny ❤
Lovely card Christine I think your mystery bag has been a bargain!
I had 4 mystery bags!!!!!!!!!!! One just wasn't enough, it's nice to have surprises! 😀😀😀

I was looking for a stamp of a tiny star to emboss in silver on black but couldn’t find one !

What a lovely card! I wonder how difficult it would be to cut the skyline first and match the stamp to it. Probably very, but it has me thinking at least.
It can be done both ways, it’s just a matter of personal preference !😊😊😊
@@Chrissieannie I was thinking it would be difficult to line up if you stamped with a clear embossing ink.
@@XenobiaF there are lots of tricks to ensure accurate stamping, but I usually go for the easiest method!
Love the card Christine. I did have a thought when you were holding the building die, is it possible that due to its shape which could be flimsy, was the die was the problem. Sorry about that, I have to think things out as to why, just my funny old brain 😊. Jenny ❤
As long as I managed to get it to work I’m not worried, I was concerned the first time I tried it though !
Lovely effect, thanks for tip on card weight and heat embossing, could I ask where your retractable craft knife is from please? TIA 🤗🥰
It's Tim Holtz by Tonic Studios
Maybe if you die cut first, then lined up the stamp???
That is usually a little more tricky but it could be done that way certainly.😊
I googled it and 300 gsm is equal to just over 202 pounds. ADD brain here got distracted
😁😁😁
