I love your reviews man. You are like an orchestra conductor, or a conjuror, teasing and enticing the flavours from the tobacco. This one sounds delicious, not been smoking that long and am really starting to love Latakia and oriental blends. Strangely I seem to notice the sweetness and citrus flavours of Virginia better in an English mixture than I do in a straight Virginia! Must be doing something wrong eh. Love a dash of kimchi as well so all sounding good. Take care chief. Andy.

Agreed with everything you say - Skiff is to all intents and purposes perfect in my opinion. Doesn't mean I'd want to smoke it exclusively, but I most certainly could if necessary with a smile on my face.

Thank you Chris, I have never had this blend before, I am however at present smoking some Samuel Gawith 'Perfection', similar blend with a Vanilla topping, in your opinion is this a similar pleasurable smoke? never the less you have motivated me to put "Skiff Mixture" on my next order. I very much enjoy that blend. I think i like squadron leader a bit more. However, they are but quite similar to me.

Yeah, it was a long stemmed Billiard I made a while back.
The stem was a red Cumberland I used at the time. I don't have anymore of that at the moment. But maybe some of my own Red Cumberland would do?
