Plan on using this bag for my twin boys. They aren’t born yet so I can’t say how well this bag holds up but it did come just as pictured and seems very well made.
I wish I could find cheap and plain tote bags near meee, loved this concept 😭💛

You should try to flip/mirror the text without stretching the type and image; I’m sure there’s a way to do it on word. When you scrunch up the type and stretch it out again it distorts the proportions of it and it can look off.

The paper you used with the printed design, is it normal bond paper?? And how do you wash this? It does not damage the printed design does it??

The print did wear off a little bit after a year or so😅

Hi, i honestly dont know, just the same tempature you would use on any tshirt i think :)

is it safe for laundry? like will the designs not fade or something??
Its not very safe for laundry, i recommend doing this on bags and tapestry's. Not tshirts. If you do want to wash it I recommend a cold hand wash :)

Its more like a plastic then a paper, it does get wet when it rains but the ink doesnt leak. I wouldnt recommend washing it tho. It can handle a little rain but not alot :) I hope this helped❤ Ive been using this bag for over 9 months and the picture didnt fade🥰

Mine worked with every printer. But every phototransfer paper works different. It usually says on the back which printer you will need :)

Hii🥰 It kinda depends on the quality of your transfer paper. I made this 9 months ago and the design still looks great! I use this bag alot so thats why its faded a little bit :) as long as you dont wash it, it will stay on😇 hope this helps xx

idk if I'll get a reply, but would it be possible to print out an image outline with transfer paper, transfer onto the tote bag, then paint in the image outline?
idk if that makes sense... I do not have colored ink but have plenty of acrylic paint
Hii! You can always try but I’m not sure if it’s going to work.. the transfer paper leaves a plastic like texture that might be very hard to paint on top of...😅

How do you manage the image to not wash out? I have used that same transfer paper you linked, and followed your tutorial but the first time I washed the bag it all went out
Sofia De Martino I don’t recommend washing it :( this is not the best quality paper but its the closest you can get to actual professional prints...
Hi !! I like your diy, May I know if it’s washable ? Or is it okay to get wet ? Will the water remove the print ?
Tbh: The water might smudge the ink a little bit when its rainy, and the print fades a little bit over time. I do not recommend washing it. But I’ve had this bag for over a year and as long as you dont wash it, the bag should be fine :)
