Even if you weren’t sharing on TH-cam with us, how cool is it to have done all the groundwork yourself, as well as using your equipment like the Grove crane to make it happen. and have a time lapse and video documenting the build process. Really appreciate you sharing this process with us 👍
After Matt’s first video about his house which I found very off putting, rude, and anti-social I have zero desire to see anything about the design, construction, or anything else his mansion. I fully understand everyone is entitled to watch or not watch anyone’s video(s) and I choose not to watch any videos on this channel about this house now and in the future.
Matt after watching you for more then a year now. There is no possible way you will sit on that deck and put your feet up. You just can't do that for more then a minute. You have too many other projects to keep you busy. Your wife will enjoy it more than you. God Bless your new home and all the happiness it will bring.
Oh so well spoken. I'm tearing up just knowing this man, who sometimes drives his Deuce over the camera in the intro, Deserves this Home!! GID BLESS HIS FAMILY AND FRIENDS!! 😂
Oh man… I don’t think you realize how much downtime it takes to maintain Matt’s energy level! Guys like Matt work hard, play hard, and relax hard. More likely he’s gonna go out there after a 14 hour day to put his feet up and watch the sunset… and doze off in the zero-gravity chair on the deck. 😉
as a builder, they did a pretty good job putting lots of different triangles in the roof, but they used nailer plates, so I would be in there putting cross members for a couple days.
@@agw5425 The guy sitting on the peak when they were putting the trusses in looked sketchy. Was he craned up there? Here in NZ, they absolutely be required to be wearing high vis, hard hats, and be tethered when at height. Our Work Safe guys would have had apoplexy watching this video.
Amazing what can be done and in such a short period when you combine man, technology and equipment. This group of workers were so organized and in sync. I'm sure their boss is highly appreciative. Stunning progress. 😮😂😊
That was astonishing! Being a retired building inspector, I’ve inspected homes a 1000 square feet to 10,000 square feet, and I’ve never seen anything like this. The best builders in California would have taken at least 2 or 3 months to get to that point. I was impressed with the concrete contractor, but this crew is on a whole new level. Says a lot about the Amish. Simply couldn’t happen in most places in the country, you just don’t have that work ethic. When I was a kid, that’s the way it was. But no way, that efficient. Great video Matt! Been following you since the canopy other the shipping containers, you’ve come a long way.
@@jorgejiminez-rk1uu My neighborhood in Texas went up like that. 12 years later, there are nail pops in the walls and subfloor everywhere and none of the doors close quite right anymore.
@@DieselCreek So awesome to watch this going up. As much as we want to see the inside floor plan, i get why you arent going to show it with much , if any detail. Congrats man, you deserve this.
You might not realize but as an old builder having someone like you there with your equipment is a god sent and speeds things along so much so and saves the bodies of the workers big time
I have been a builder in Australia for the last 35 years. Not much impresses me, usually I watch different construction projects and just yawn. But these framers, WOW! Just wish I was there over the last three days to watch the coordination and construction methods. My hat off to the team. Great choice of contractors Matt.
There are positives and negatives to brick-by-brick building I guess. They certainly do it quite differently to here in Oz, don't they. Mind you, I am certainly envious of the energy efficiency levels/ratings they have in their homes compared to what we have. We've come a long way, but it's still nowhere near what they have. I guess the worst we get is "high energy costs" but with the weather they have they get it's more like "the weather might very well kill them".
I'm sure you're impressed with their workplace safety. Pretty easy to be fast when you can work under a crane without helmet, no railings, etc, etc, etc.
Another stranger from Norway, here. Been following your channel since the building of the container shop, and I love your content. My favourite moment so far was you singing the «OSHA Violation» tune. ;-) For a little while I've been wondering if you had plans to build a house on the property, then you talked about it in a video a while back. And here you are, finally. 🙂 When the foundation of the house and garage was complete, my initial reaction was that for some reason it looked smaller than I envisioned. But now that the framing is almost complete, it is _Bigger_ than I envisioned. I had a big smile on my face when I saw you using your own crane to lift things into place the first day. That was awesome to see! 🙂 As just about everyone here thinks, and many have said; I am really happy for you and your family. I hope the two of you will enjoy yourself there when it's all done and you've moved in. Blessings from a countryside home owner in Norway.
Those forklifts are called moffetts. I drove a tractor trailer delivery truck for Home Depot for a few months and those things are slick. Although the one I had didn’t have the wheels that could turn 90 degrees. It would’ve been some nice to have one of those with the long driveways with woods on both sides. It would’ve saved me from having to back all the way up to the job site. The longest I had to back was almost a half mile, but with one of those I could’ve stayed at the road and drove it up with the moffett.
@@rovhalgrencparselstedt8343 no, they’ve had moffetts that turn 90 degrees for quite a while. It was 20yrs ago when I drove for them and they had them then, it’s just the company I drove for was too cheap to buy one like that. Home Depot doesn’t do the deliveries anyway, they have an independent company they hire to do all their deliveries.
Matt, I can't tell you how happy I am for you and your wife! This house is going to be fabulous! I love the outside of it, and it hasn't even been finished yet. I love that you have been able to work on your house, and not just watch it be built. I didn't know that you designed this house! Now you can add a few more talents to your long list of accomplishments. Is there anything that you can't do? I think not. Building your Dream Shop and now your Dream House has been a long time coming, but soon you will be moving into the house. What will be your next dream? I can't wait to find out. Wishing you both many happy years in your new home. Always wish you the best. You're awesome!!!!
Good afternoon Matt I really like the design and floorplan, 40 years under my belt as well, retired 7 years ago. The framing crew was incredible. I specialized in Finnish trim.
I'm glad to hear that you are adding tube heating in the basement floor, that should make the basement a much more comfortable space in the winter. The diversity on your channel is definitely a good thing. Love it all!!!
As a carpenter, I never get tired of watching houses being built. That crew is an A+ crew. You are the type of homeowner we like working for. You stay out of the way and are a big help. Such a nice-looking home.
@AaronHollander314 Depends on the size of the project. On a house this size, not really. A crane costs, ball park, $2500-$4500 per day. Get it for things you only need for like large high trusses. If we can avoid them we will. In this video you can see them using the telehandler as a crane to finish up the trusses on the garage. We use the Tele with a boom whenever possible, it's so much cheaper. Renting them is like $3500 per week. Owning one is much cheaper if you do enough volume. The man hours required to put the walls up without the crane in this instance is half the cost of the crane but still probably in the thousands of dollars in man hours. But if you already have a crane on sight, like building an apartment complex where you have a crane scheduled for a large portion of the time, or customer who just happens to have a working crane and is willing to operate it, than heck yeah, use it if you got it.
Not really.. You can build them just as easy in place.. It's just a little more hassle and a bit more time.. but not much. it's just more convenient building them on the flat floor.. Makes it easier.. but not necessarily much cheaper.. Just a creature comfort. If the machine wasn't there, they wouldn't have rented one.. Just built them a different way.
Matt we are so happy for you! Boy you have come a long way and deserve all the rewards of your hard work! What a beautiful yet modest floorplan. And boy did them boys work damn quick! God bless you and your new dwelling may it continue on its smooth path.
Matt, I always like the videos. But I love that house. Those people that got it up through the windows did one great job. They really did one fine showing on your house. I think it's a wonderful thing you have hot water heat for the house and the shop. I'd hate to have to think about electric heat.😵😵😵
Stranger from Norway here, genuinely happy for you Matt!. This property you have been steadily improving for so long, with a clear vision from the start, and now it is really starting to come together. Dream shop, dream home, dream property, and dare I say dream job! Looking forward to following you into the future, and I am thankfull that you bring us along!
Hi Matt, from Montreal Canada. Been watching you for many years. It sure is a long journey from your Old Church renovation project. Happy for you with this new house and new shop. You are hard working man and deserves it, enjoy ! And keep those entertaining videos coming.
Looking good Matt! I think you made a good decision adding in the radiant floor heat. After turning my on this year I decided I'll never build anything new again without it. 👍😁
I am proud for you and how far your channel has came. It makes me happy seeing someone so deserving and humble make it this far! So many creators lose sight of where they came from but you truly are a genuine guy! Again congratulations to you and your wife!
It's so cool watching a crew who really work well together, no matter what they're building. These guys are total professionals. All the best, Matt - what an exciting time for you guys.
Been watching your channel for a long time and it's nice to see all your hard work with your channel paying off. Looks like you are able to have some of your goals come to fruition. Congrats! Nice looking house as well!
Matt, thanks for taking us along with your house build. One of my favorite video's yet. I love the design. I love your property, garage , equipment, and home. I wish you and your wife continued success in all your dreams and future projects.
Matt, I discovered you while you were doing the church reno thing before the covid and I enjoyed that series very much and decided to stick to your channel. I am so glad to see the dream workshop and the dream house projects come to fruition. I hope to build my own house in a few years and your journey is inspiring.
Watched this Channel from the Start, watched you build the Container Shop. The Dream Shop and Now the Dream house in Record Time! Those Amish Guys have some Work and Team Work Ethic! Love the Design of the House to the Garage right Down to the Windows😎Glad you and no doubt the Good Wife will be More than Happy with it!
Great video Matt! As I guy that loves equipment and building, this video had it all. You’ve got some amazing crews working for you! Beyond impressive! Very happy for you as you get to move into this beautiful home. An exciting time for you and your wife.
As an old bent and broken frame Carpenter it's good to see things haven't changed much. Time is money Don't know now but we used to get paid by the square foot. So you had to hustle make any money. These guys got it down. That's a big crew so they really got to hustle which they do. You definitely got your money's worth great video Matt as usual!
Just wondering why backfill all outside walls up to the top with gravel? Is that code where you are? Also why didn’t they pour floors before framing? Looks great congrats on new house
@@biggmann2525 yeah I was wondering about that myself back filling before that floor is poured is flirting with danger but at least gravel won't pack in if he gets a heavy rain like dirt would. We had a builder get in a hurry and backfilled a house one time before the floor was poured and he lost an end wall The one with the bean pocket. Heavy rain footer drains weren't hooked up mud gets heavy when it gets wet push the block wall Right off the footer we were able to save the house.
Having the opportunity to contribute using the farm's equipment will be a treasured memory as your family grows old. Congratulations, and thank you for sharing.
Matt , it's freaking awesome that you was able to have a big part in helping with your house build. Really nice that you got to use your own Crane in lifting and setting things in place!
@@forreal-n1m3 working days to get to where the thumbnail picture was taken. 7 working days to complete. There was 2 weekends and 3 rain days mixed in there too. So spread out across 3 weeks. So ya the leaves changed
First of all, what we think of the house is of no consequence. The main thing is that you and Eva love it, I'm surprised that we havent seen Eva supervising the project, LOL. Your Camera and drone work is excellent. I am suprised hardhats are not required when flying materials. Excellent work Matt! Please keep the vids coming!!!
Like a hard hat is going to do anything. Did you not see the bit of fencing wire they were using to lift the trusses with the hired in crane? Even Dirt Perfect has a welded hook for lifting trusses although its still not an approved lift as not certified. You are 100% right on who matters when it comes to liking the house.
@@alco4248 I have never ever seen a cable sling used in any way other than a straight line from shackle to shackle and fully in tension ie zero derating. Flexing a cable is the wrong way to treat a cable for lifting anyway, they work harden and snap the individual strands. Soft slings should be used if you want to do a lift with the sling doubling back to the upper shackle or hook. Whether it actually is a cable or a bit of fencing wire is irrelevant as neither are good practice lifts and both will fail unpredictably.
@@MrHughk1 Calling it fencing wire when it is not just shows lack of knowledge. By the way, check the tag on any wire rope sling. It will give you the load ratings for three different types of hitches, vertical, basket and choker. Just because you haven't seen it, doesn't mean it isn't approved.
The smile on your face really tells the story of how excited you are for your home to be coming together so nicely. Enjoyed the time lapses and those carpenters really got some work done in a hurry. You'll be enjoying that view from your deck chair soon!!😁😁
It is awesome to see you getting your dream house not long after your dream shop. Well deserved sir. Thank you for letting us see your house! I know it was a big decision for you.
The house design is coming together beautifully! I love the mix of traditional and modern elements, especially with the windows. Curious to know - what made you choose the design, and were there any big inspirations behind it?
The only thing that doesn't make sense to me is those narrow dormers on the front upstairs - from the framing, it looked like it would've been easy to make them wider, and thus probably more useful on the inside, instead of just little tunnels out to windows. Other than that, it looks like a pretty cool design
Awesome looking job Matt.....it'll look even better when the roof and the sides are finished....Thank you for sharing this part of the house build.....cheers
I'm from the UK, I worked in a factory making pre fab panels like we see here, most of the houses were made up with 73 different panels, they woukd then get shipped out on 1 or 2 loads to the site, we had out owncteam of builders , who coukd have a house up and built with in 4 ro 5 days, each panel woukd have all the wire ducting, electric sockets all built into them total duration to liveable 4 wks
I had an Uncle, one of my Dad's brothers, that was a contractor building houses, mostly single level ones. He did that from just after WW2 until the late 80's, & he did it all, carpentry, masonry, plumbing & electrical. I was impressed that after seeing the blueprints, he could tell how many 2x4's, the board feet for drywall, plywood, OSB, & bricks that were needed. However, these guys have blown me away! To say it is impressive is an understatement. I'm very glad that you & your wife will soon be finally moving in & enjoying the fruit of your labor. You deserve it.
Hi Matt, I came in at the point where u were positioning the shipping containers then bridging the gap, My you've come along way but all positive and being able to do all your own ground work has saved you a ton of money, I have to say watching those guys framing out the walls i was impressed kinda thought they were Amish good choice, Anyways hope you get the doors hung and roof on before the snow, Stan Edinburgh Scotland .
I like how from the "road side" the house just looks like a 1 floor house, quite modestly sized, but then there's a secret full floored basement, set into the hillside.
"Next level fast". I can also tell that everyone involved did a FAR better job than some of the multi million dollar homes I myself have seen in person recently. This is beautiful in just framework, its going to be epic when it is done and I am happy for you guys!
Everyone's in here talking about the crane, but don't think I missed ole Johnny Gradall. Good to see all the equipment purchases getting to assist in this wonderful undertaking. Best of wishes on the new house and all the fun memories that y'all will have in it.
The framing, flooring, interior walls, and roofing are 80% of the building but only takes 20% of the time! Good design, natural lighting without too many windows!
Got your dream shop now your dream house glad we could.come along for the ride.!!! The grove crane paid for it's self on the first job and to make it better it was building your own house !!!!
From a fellow TH-camr it is great to see how your life has progressed. From your container garage to the new shop and house. Proud of you, keep making great content.
@@DieselCreek Matt you work hard all day putting out super videos, so you need this wonderful home to relax in so you can come out rested the next day and make more videos!😅😂 Cheers👍👍
This is why I love your channel...for a long time now it's been geeking out over all the machinery you play with, but when you built your shop and now with your house you detail every single step of the way. As a career firefigther I always love watching structures get erected, especially modern homes, it's good for us to see and study so we better understand our modern fire ground environments better, so thank you as always for continually documenting every step of the way! I hope you are enjoying the house, it is more than deserved, I remember when you first purchased this plot of land.
Greene county homebuilder for 42 years here,I was buying off of Baily steel when it was just his Dad Dan. Nice quality materials from Keim lumber in charm too. Congrats.
I did this work in my youth. I grew up in the city with brick , concrete ,motor block homes but once in a while I was in a job site doing this somewhere other than the city . We use to call those Lincoln log or paint by number homes . Pre fab everything accept the foundation. The only thing the builders worried about was rain and it making the wood swell to a point it threw off the trueness of it . Other than that it was always fast putting them together. Congratulations to you and your wife Matt. 🎉 Many blessings.
don't forget to pre wire the house for low voltage wires. security cameras, wifi modules (big house one wifi module won't be enough), door bell, burglar alarm, flood, heat sensors and cable, HDMI cables for the TV's. I wire up low voltage for small and larger homes for a living 19yrs experience. I'm currently wiring up a 5 million dollar new build right now in Birmingham Michigan. easy to run the wires now while the walls are open. I also recommend having an attic to basement wire runs to future proof the house. Cat6E wires etc.
110V power in each corner of the eves and above your BBQ so you can install eufy motion sensor lights and surveilence cameras, $300 each, no monthly fee, and super worth it. They may sponsor the installation, all the better
@@bobharrington8063 wireless cameras suck and people have been jamming those with cheap Chinese jammers.. why I suggested to hardwire everything. plus wireless camera take longer to load up when trying to view. HARDWIRE is the best option.
Is there a reason why you would recommend pre-wiring the house instead of running empty conduits? That's something that I almost never see here on TH-cam when Americans build houses. And I don't understand that. You will forget some wires or plans change.
@@Jehty_ not a bad idea. Running some Smurf tubing for future wife pulls could be helpful. I ran some tubing in my house for a TV that's accessible due to no attic and no basement. But typically anything is accessible for wires if you have a basement or attic above the room. But yeah running some tubing is a good idea. One good idea is to run a 2-in tubing from the attic to the basement.
@@Jehty_ with pre-wiring if you wanted to run some internet or some security cameras or some security alarm wires will just put those in place before the walls go up. I wouldn't necessarily tube every single thing. Tubing, everything would be a lot of extra labor and a lot of extra in that tubing
It’s been awesome to see the plan come together. As I’ve said it in the past. It’s a smart move. Buy broken things , fix them , use said fixed things to save costs on your building plans. Once the house is built you can sell some of the equipment off to recoup money or make a little profit. And then still have revenue from the videos and such.
Holy crap, Matt! This has to be your best video to date. I'd love to see your wife's reaction. I'll bet she's over the moon with joy. Can't wait to see the finished product. I know you don't want to show the inside but I hope you'll change you're mind and give us a tour before the final touches are done. It's absolutely beautiful. Congratulations. A hard working guy like you deserves everything you work towards.
Mat. I love your new house mate it love the shape of it. I hope you and your family spend long and happy days in it. I wish you all the very best of luck for the future. I cannot wait to see the finished look of the house.
I can not express how happy I am for you, Matt. I've been watching you now for about 7 plus years now, and I'm just so happy that you can make your dreams a reality. House looks great!
Wow! This is what I call progress! I can't help but contrast this home building with watching my father and grandfather building our home about 60 years ago. Two men working on weekends (they both had jobs) and it took 5 years! The only power tool used was a Skil saw (it was usually my job to hold the cutoffs) but those 2 men did everything except for installing the HVAC (to have a warranty on it) and bricking the house. The amazing part was that when we moved in, the house was paid for! 3 bedroom, 2 bath around 1700 square feet with a carport and utility room. Your new home is going to be beautiful... I wouldn't mind seeing Ms. Eva's reaction to everything!
Beautiful home! I am sure Eva is going to love it. And you will be more productive being on site. Much bigger than I thought you were going with. Looks amazing!
Looks great and yes that big main room will be very special. I was lucky enough to spend a couple of days at the house of a good friend a few years ago that was scaled up. My house would fit into the space of the lounge of his and he also had a big two-story, vaulted middle room. They used it as a dining room and it was amazing, as was the rest of the house. When you stayed on a level floor, the gound moved and dropped away so there was a varanda / deck that sat high above a valley. It was very special and I think yours will be too. Plenty more work, but it'll be great. Well done,
Looking great! Work smarter and not harder. Idea? Put some 2x6 blocking up at the interior top corners of the window so when you’re installing the curtains and or blinds, you’ll have something screw the hanging hardware into besides the drywall. Also, in the high ceiling area, you’re probably going to have ceiling fans? It will be easier to add extra 2x6 bracing for hanging the fans onto. Another idea, good size cold air returns from the bottom of the basement floor and the top floor for great air movement. Heating and cooling will be your biggest ongoing expense, don’t cheap out on it.
And blocking in the bathrooms where the towel bars will be mounted. This detail is usually overlooked ... I just remodeled my master bath and did so when the old drywall was off.
Very nice! And The videographer gets a big applause. Two things to needed for the house kids and the love of a family. God. Bless you and your family. Love to see good things happening.

Wow !! It came together fast. Like the design. My wife & I built in 89. We installed beaded board ceilings in the downstairs. Master bedroom, dining room, kitchen, living room, all are white oak beaded board. I love the wood, been involved in building, woodworking, about all my life. My wife & I stained, 2 coats polyurethane, steel wooded coats 1500 square feet of ceiling, plus she & a friend installed all the hardwood floors & tile floor. Get your wife involved some how it really got our relationship off to wonderful start. Still in love 35 years later.

Great edit on the content. I like how you show everything, but don't bore with over-long scenes. Beyond that, the drone shot off the top of the crane with the seamless pan back to the guy in focus was outstanding. You are becoming quite a film marker. Congrats. Keep up the good work.
My Husband works at McAdoos and watches your videos all the time! He said he was glad to see that Dave, one of their crane guys did a great job!! Love your videos!
It looks awesome! I’m glad that even though you’re not building it yourself, you are playing a big role by providing equipment and your skills with them! That’s a huge part of getting it done!
Excellent framing team and the design looks really good on the wooded site. Any building that shows unexpected elevations as you walk around a corner is the best in my book. Having built and designed my home in traditional oak and brick arts and craft style know the worries about little details.Well done. God bless and thanks for posting from the UK.

But not 1 hard hat among the bunch, is that allowed? (osha I think you call it)
@@agw5425 The guy sitting on the peak when they were putting the trusses in looked sketchy.

@@einfelder8262Helmet doesn't helping something goes sideways with the crane. Laziness and the lack of paying attention is the need for railings.

Been following your channel since the building of the container shop, and I love your content.
My favourite moment so far was you singing the «OSHA Violation» tune. ;-)
For a little while I've been wondering if you had plans to build a house on the property, then you talked about it in a video a while back. And here you are, finally. 🙂
When the foundation of the house and garage was complete, my initial reaction was that for some reason it looked smaller than I envisioned. But now that the framing is almost complete, it is _Bigger_ than I envisioned.
I had a big smile on my face when I saw you using your own crane to lift things into place the first day.
That was awesome to see! 🙂
As just about everyone here thinks, and many have said; I am really happy for you and your family.
I hope the two of you will enjoy yourself there when it's all done and you've moved in.

Matt I drove forklift for 47 years . And I agree that is the slickest little unit I have ever seen. Very versatile!
We all know Matt's next auction goal

Hi Matt I live in the 🇬🇧and have never seen a house constructed this way, it is fascinating to watch- keep them coming 🇬🇧😊
@@gerry-p9x Cat 6!
As a carpenter, I never get tired of watching houses being built. That crew is an A+ crew. You are the type of homeowner we like working for. You stay out of the way and are a big help. Such a nice-looking home.
Being able to fab the walls and set them with a crane is huge. You saved them thousands of dollars. Wish we had customers like you.
Would it be worth renting a machine for the day?
I hope they are passing some of those savings on to you, Matt!

Yeah Matt, if there's any deaf (hearing impaired) even they heard the back up alarm on that bigger crane, wow.
@@MrHughk1 Fencing wire? That's a wire rope sling. Perfectly fine for what they're doing.

The house design is coming together beautifully! I love the mix of traditional and modern elements, especially with the windows. Curious to know - what made you choose the design, and were there any big inspirations behind it?
no just kinda of something ive been dreaming up since I was a kid.
The only thing that doesn't make sense to me is those narrow dormers on the front upstairs - from the framing, it looked like it would've been easy to make them wider, and thus probably more useful on the inside, instead of just little tunnels out to windows. Other than that, it looks like a pretty cool design

don't forget to pre wire the house for low voltage wires. security cameras, wifi modules (big house one wifi module won't be enough), door bell, burglar alarm, flood, heat sensors and cable, HDMI cables for the TV's.
Looks amazing!
untill she has to clean it and he has to heat it
Looks great and yes that big main room will be very special.
No curtains or blinds should be on those windows
Nothing but nature to look at outside!!!!!
++1 to blocking on the tops of all window frames.

Glad to see your house finally coming together. I have been watching for a few years now and it has been a dream, nice to see it come true for you. Glad to see the old Grove played nice. I would like to find one in decent useable condition. Thanks for the Videos.

Great! I love concrete floors. We have concrete throughout our house it is polished and looks fantastic, easy to clean and no dirty grout after 10 years. Perfect. The house is coming along I bet your wife is excited now. 😊
Hey sweetie, we are planning to build us a family compound of barndominiums . I want to know with your concrete floors did u do any radiant heating or you left it like it was? And if so , is the floors cold to the touch? Thanks in advance for your help.
She's a real beauty, Matt! I'm excited for you and Mrs. Eva! Your home is modern and sleek, and I'm sure you will be very comfortable throughout the year. Plus, having the house so close to your shop will save you so much time and gasoline ( or diesel!). Enjoy, my friend!
Congrats Matt, literally "A Dream Come True". Those Semi-Supervilains like the time lapse. We need another vid or two for the final exterior. AND it looks like the Grove lasted all day without a hitch! !! !!!
Man these guys must love you 💖, because you are not afraid to get your hands dirty and you know how to use your equipment.
Its great to see the grove doing what it was made for nice job Matt
Nice place you got there! I wish You and your Lady all the happiness there.
Thanks so much
The house looks great ! Done very well ! Your doing everything right , your back fill , and drainage is perfect, windows are great looking 👀 you deserve the best your a hard worker and always willing to give a HAND , Give and it will be given back to you 10 fold , it not what you have but what’s in your heart that determines your wealth ! God bless you and your family!
I like that design of the house. It's beautiful in this "raw" state.I have no doubt , that with the roof it will be much nicer. Good that you can made your childhood dream comes true. The Semi-Supervillains has also great music. Greetings from France.
Great edit on the content. I like how you show everything, but don't bore with over-long scenes. Beyond that, the drone shot off the top of the crane with the seamless pan back to the guy in focus was outstanding. You are becoming quite a film marker. Congrats. Keep up the good work.
Appreciate that! That crane shot was a fun one to film
If you like it Matt, its perfect!
