It doesn't have any difference from going to other live musics, you're going to vibe to it. If you don't understand the noise music genre, then it will be looks like idiotic thing because you don't know how to enjoy it

I guess it induces a sort of trance where you're horrified by what you're hearing, yet you can't turn away. Eventually (if you close your eyes), the noise blends into the background of your thoughts and erases your mind and you're left relaxed and devoid of thought. At least, that's how I feel about it. tl;dr: There is no real appeal to it per se, but as your brain tries to keep up with the jarring, harsh noises, you get used to it and it acts as a "background noise" for your thoughts.
