The reason that I lost my account is because when my dad bought my ps4 from his friend me and my brother got fortnote and we spent loads of money on it, BUT THEN, PlayStation network logged out and I can’t get any of the stuff back because my dad ain’t friends with him anymore so I wouldn’t be able to do This because I don’t have any of those questions

When I go to Sony account help it doesn't give me any options besides change online ID. This is kinda ridiculous on Sony's part, I feel completely trapped with no way to contact an actual human.

Log in to your playstation account from the ps app and try to turn that off it should work and if you don’t know it they’ll probably send it to you’re playstation email and change it

Can i get mine back as well by this method? i live in Pakistan and there is no sony services and i have forgotten 2 psn accounts and i just remember my yahoo mail and gmail thats it no passwords like for both psn account password and my email passwords i just remember my usernames and email for both accounts and luckily for proof to sony those account belongs to me in my psn profile for both accounts i used my picture like my Facebook picture wich is mine so i have proof that both accounts are mine but i can't access them so can i get them back by this method?

I got hacked and then they banned me wtf. No PlayStation won't answer their damn phone. How do they expect people to buy the ps5 is they have terrible support.

Ty for the awesome video sir! I am trying to contact them through live chat support because sonys phone call system is not working due to the covid-19 pandemic.
My issue is that the hacker has apparently changed my email and everytime sony asks me to input my email to proceed to the live chat support , it faults out because the hacker has changed my log in email as well.
How do I get around this?

Contact by phone give ur details and the code on the ps the account was made on I was able to get it back
There is a code in the back of ur ps4 tell it to them and they will get ur acc back the problem is if they changed ur epic acc password if u play fortnite that is
