Thanks to Farhan and Zarr for the awesome time and opportunity~ Was nervous a bit so I ended up repeating words and getting some facts mixed up but thanks for the disclaimers.

Hi brothers, I prev owned a Suzuki GSXR600K7 for 8 years, ridden about 80,000kms with the bike..
Just to add on the info on Suzuki K series engine bikes, the engine auto tensioner that the owner was mentioning in this video is the Auto-Cam-Chain-Tensioner
(Auto CCT)..the K series engine is famous for it's 'ticking' sound on the right hand side.. however take note this happens ONLY during a cold start, and when engine oil pressure and temp has not reached sufficient levels to reach the chain rails area..
Once bike is warmed up enough, you should be able to hear the noise subside.. from what I read, the purpose of the auto CCT is to auto-tension the cam timing chain (by extending its clicker by one teeth), whenever the chain gets extra slack (due to longer wear and Kms used on it).. typically the auto CCT should be changed, once the issue of ticking gets too obvious or very noisy especially when bike has warmed up and continue making such ticking noises during riding at all rpm..
However take note, DO NOT undermine the situation if LOUD OBVIOUS noises still persist during riding..as this indicates either auto CCT has gone beyond maximum tension available to handle the chain slack..and when u continue riding at these conditions, next issue that will happen will be the valves bending or valve stem head getting bent/indented at the top..(this noise when happens is related to a more KnOcking sound type, and when this happens u require a top overhaul to change the valve shims for those affected valves)
Don't worry, the auto CCT should last 60,000kms at least from brand new I believe...I had mine changed close to 120,000kms on the clock (but I don't know lah if previous owners got changed once before that or not too) and I had to first hand experience valves indented and shims giving way with those knocking sounds..
Honestly, Suzuki K5 series engines and above regardless 600cc,750cc,1000cc are pure bulletproof imo..and this auto CCT issue 'ticking' noise is NOT an issue to begin with.. it's just something u have to live with when u start the bike cold..Ducatis and Hondas sometimes give a much louder tick sound I think 😂
The K series engine will last you a long time...and Conrod bearings and piston rings will wear badly only close to 100,000kms from brand new I think (and that's if you whack the engine every now and then)..the engine mid block, top block steel components all will last a longgg time..only things that need to be watched at the 100,000km mileage mark should be:
    1) Radiator cap area corrosion/pitting - upgrade radiator cap pressure rating from the stock 1 bar, to 1.2-1.3 bar
    2) Radiator internal corrosion/pitting - need change radiator better
    3) Secondary Throttle Valve Actuation (STVA) function of the throttle body failure once a while when the Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) wire gets fried due to hot weather or consistent high temp at traffic lights -> can flash ECU and isolate the use of STVA if it keeps giving issue for older bikes, don't need to change whole throttle body set if flash ECU
    4) Thermostat component cracking after a long 10 years use
    5) Radiator hoses worn off and cracking
    6) Water pump failure due to plastic/rubber type of seal wear and tear
    7) Relocation of the stock rectifier position -> many issues of K4,K5,K6,K7 series engine having rectifier harness fried due to bad engineering position design
For Suzuki bikes, mostly mechanical issue close to none..only thing to take note is the replacement parts of cooling system mainly like I mentioned above, especially if the bike gets much older with 100,000kms and beyond
Just sharing my experience with the bike model I rode thus far. I loved Suzuki's, and hope to re-buy another Suzzy in the near future! Enjoy Suzuki guys! It's really underrated brand here in this region. Try out the K series engine, and u will know what I mean. You will never want to go away from inline 4 after that, and feel it's raw power and bulletproof reliability 😊

Get the valves adjusted according to the new service bulletin specs, and the knocking noise on warm starts is a thing of the past.

Eugene can really talk and know the bike inside out left right. Kudos! And to Abang2 Tambak, what an upgrade from car park shooting location! Tri333ple Kudos!!!

Very knowledgeable owner! Was considering between this, N1000SX and Tracer GT+. Picked the N1000SX for the adjustable windscreen and cornering ABS. Looks wise, GSX-S GT wins.

Just got one recently. In expressway engine runs at around 90c and quickly rise to over 100c when stop at junction. The fan turns on at every junction is that normal?
