Pirates are my bread and butter, there’s plenty of amazing ship building techniques out there but what I really like about yours is how it looks like the keel and rest of the underside of the ship it underwater. Most ships I see have these great huge under sections that are mostly wasted or made flat simply to keep the boat standing up but your looks like it’s naturally in water. Great job
You fit so much character into relatively few bricks! I also really love that dark green detail on the side of the boat; it’s so easy to get stuck in the expected brown color, but again- you’re so great at adding character! I also enjoy all the story/context you give the characters, which makes the video even more engaging to watch. Thanks for sharing all of your creativity with us!

Ingeniously, pirates were BEFORE OUR ERA, THE VERY WORD PIRATE MEANS A SEA ROBBER, AND FOR THIS YOU NEED A ROBBER AND A BOAT, PIRATES JUST BECAME POPULAR IN THE 17TH AND 18TH CENTURIES WHEN THEY HAD GUNS AND PISTOLS, AND THEY THEMSELVES APPEARED A LONG TIME AGO!!!!

I don’t know if you need it still but to make it more realistic I would make the sail fold out into a triangle. A square sail is very fast downwind but can’t go upwind at all like if the wind is coming from the angle 0 it wouldn’t be able to go any where past 90 and 270 degrees, but a triangle sail can go within 45 degrees of sail (45 on each side) which makes it a much better sail
Great ship. One thing to be aware of, if a ship is sailing, then any flags will be blowing forwards rather than back. By definition the wind has to be coming from the aft, or maybe off to one side if the ship is tacking against the wind. We're used to seeing motorboats where the flag would stream behind a ship due to the motion, but on a sailing ship the wind more than cancels that out.
It looks really cool! Maybe you could include string pieces for the mast? Even when the sail is rolled up there are usually a few ropes that keep the mast stable. Also, something like a steering wheel (and a back fin) or a steering oar? And a sextant, sun dial or sunstone on board, so they know where they are going, perhaps! Modifying the 3 in 1 viking ship has made me think a lot about how ships actually work, haha! Ultimately its up to one self to decide on what level of realism they aim for though, its things that can also be left out if it doesnt look good.

and for the ship it looks amazing but i u want more room for the minifigs to move u can base a guy from rebrickable named macharius he made the an alternate set of set 31132 to a Viking harbor. speaking of harbor u can create a orc harbor; from what i have seen where the boy orc was standing at could be the foundation of the harbor, the arch is a good touch as a welcome to the place of the orcs. although the rebrickable instruction is 6.32 in dollars it would make a difference to your future works and im sure u can learn new techniques from it.
the red flag on the post would look great if u switch it to gold so that it blends with green like the dragon knights and when it comes to the orc archer he would look good with a torso from series 13 orc but instead keep the arms from that figure (the archer)
