The stupid and unworkable system that ALL government buildings in SA fall under the Department of Public Works. A better system would be for each government department should be responsible for its own fixed assets (buildings & vehicles, etc).
The police department has maintenance in their budget what were they doing with this budget. Not long ago workers of department of health were moved in Gauteng for safety reasons why was this not done to saps.
