There is no last fundamental particle. Every fundamental particle has another beneath it. We human in our material existence could never understand it. So on 2065 they will find another last, then another after few years. Yes their findings are correct but there is no base or there is no end for the matrix being cyclic in nature for everything and anything we sense and articulate with mind.

Well, these are about best available models in science and then renovate/correct based on experimental facts. This is what is going on in Science and will be the same in future as well. In our era, what I'm saying is that the Standard Model is "the" theory describes "the" fundamental particles quarks, leptons, and force carrying particles almost accurately. Again, if one finds an internal structure for currently known fundamental particles based on deep inelastic scattering or other ways, then the Standard "Model" will also be corrected accordingly (or a new Standard Model!). We need to reach an energy scale much larger than currently available ones at LHC, so it's not a matter of discussion for a few decades.

Black hole -> Existence is proven many times, mostly by indirect measurements/observations. Recently we have seen black holes "almost" directly.
Dark energy -> It's believed to be the cause of rapid expansion of the Universe..Need to study more
Gravity -> "Classical" Gravity is well established. "Quantum" Gravity effects need to be study more :)
