Welding is intentionally only a few point / not whole. So that the iron plate does not curve / expands due to heat. Because the iron plate is thin. The magnet is like heated, but that's not the goal. I just warm the epoxy glue to dry quickly. Thus, magnetism will not decrease excessively.

The wire end of 1D is connected to the base of 2A. The 2D wire end is connected to the base of 3A. The 3D wire end is connected to the base of 1A.

Este fue el plan para hacer un mini grinder. Pero la velocidad aún no es lo suficientemente rápida. Se tarda alrededor de 13.000 rpm. Eso es porque el polo magnético y el número de bobinas son demasiado. Y también el tamaño de la bobina es demasiado pequeño. Entonces el número de vueltas es muy pequeño.

Sorry ... this brushless motor actually works in direct current. ESC regulates which coil should get the current / voltage supply precisely so that the rotor can rotate continuously. This is a three phase BLDC (Brushless DC) motor.

Maybe you mean how to protect the motor to be waterproof ? For moving parts, can use "o-ring seal". To protect the gap, can use "silicon rubber" or the like. To protect the cable connections, can use "silicon rubber" and wrapped using "heat shrink" or "cellophane tape" Hope this helps.

Saya pakai ESC yang 30A mas. Cari aja di toko online dengan kata kunci "ESC", nanti banyak pilihan, tinggal mas mau pakai yang merk apa, saya pakai 30A yang termurah, beda merk kadang beda harga. Output ESC sudah teratur/otomatis output tegangannya (positif dan negatifnya). Jadi, output masing2 ESC (1,2,3) kadang positif kadang negatif. Jadi, tinggal pasang aja, kalau kebalik paling putarannya saja yang terbalik. Atau jika ingin membalik arah putaran, tinggal ditukar kabel ESC yang di tengah. Ada sisitem pengamannya dalam ESC, jadi aman.
Pakai gerinda, coba cari video saya yang lain cara potong magnetnya. Kalau panasnya tidak berlebihan tidak juga hilang sama sekali, hanya berkurang. Itu pun perbedaan kekuatan sebelum dan sesudah kena panas saat dipotong hampir tidak terasa perbedaanya. Kecuali jika pakai alat ukur.

Yes, use iron. Insulators can also use nylon or the like which is important to be strong and heat resistant.

esc1 esc2 esc3,cara menyambungkan ke tegangan positip dan negatip bagaimana gan?
Output ESC sudah teratur/otomatis output tegangannya (positif dan negatifnya). Jadi, output masing2 ESC (1,2,3) kadang positif kadang negatif. Jadi, tinggal pasang aja, kalau kebalik paling putarannya saja yang terbalik. Atau jika ingin membalik arah putaran, tinggal ditukar kabel ESC yang di tengah. Ada sisitem pengamannya dalam ESC, jadi aman.

Kalau panasnya tidak berlebihan tidak juga hilang sama sekali, hanya berkurang. Itu pun perbedaan kekuatan sebelum dan sesudah kena panas saat dipotong hampir tidak terasa perbedaanya. Kecuali jika pakai alat ukur.

Kalau diameter emailnya gede, otomatis dibanyakin lilitannya, mas. Biar tidak terlalu panas. Diameter kawat email yang gede otomatis nilai resistansinya kecil, banyak makan energi.
Sebenarnya jumlah lilitan kawat sedikit bisa gak panas kalau bisa merubah frekwensi multivibratornya (dinaikkan frekwensinya) saya sudah mencoba bikin rangkaian kontrol custom menggunakan flip flop dua transistor dengan penguat ahir pake mosfet

Lem Epoxy satu paket ada 2 macam Hardener dan Resin, cara penggunaannya dicampur 1:1.
