I'm a newer player, could someone explain to me how unicorn is a guaranteed second body if you get birth it says you can normal summon level 7 but it doesn't explicitly get you another copy of a kastira or you most likely have to have it in your hand no?

Kashtira Birth also allows you to Special Summon a non-XYZ Kashtira monster from your GY or banishment once per turn. The general use of the card is to use Unicorn as Link material and then revive it back to your field, effectively meaning the single Unicorn represents two bodies.
